Excellent news
So if I have 1 battle.net account with 5 wow licenses on that account, am I limited to one faction per pvp realm on the entire account, or is it just restricted based on that individual license?
No take backs.
For most of vanilla there was a strict âone person, one accountâ rule - ie no multiboxing. Iâm more concerned about that.
Pretty sure that was never a thing, and even if it was it wouldnât be a thing now as blizzards stance on it is firmly for multiboxing.
âŚand WPvP is restored and so is server balance.
Pinky finger raised to mouth - âOne billion characters, muah ha ha haâ.
Account sharing was definitely against the rules, but I donât recall multiboxing being an actionable offense.
Yes, itâs Charles Dance, the actor who played Tywin Lannister on GoT
Is there a post on forums about selecting a realm? Everyone knew Stormrage, Tich, and Blackrock were powerhouses.
Psh, manno or bust, second opening of the AQ gates and we only lost because #1 Medivh was PvE and didnât experience the insane wars in Silithus
Apparently when they tried to add a toggle in Modern it didnât work or something.
(This is secondhand information, if you couldnât tell.)
How is the update?
I imagine itâs per license
Itâs actually more effort to port the modern client to use older models and animations. So your claim does not bolster your argument.
And yet, we know that they are doing that. It is further effort to then make sure that they both work. So, no my claim is perfectly well supported on a bedrock of reality.
Right, so them taking extra effort to port the old models in means they canât just put a button for the already existing new models⌠You donât understand how these things work, do you?
Correct. That does mean that without extra effort, they canât ensure that both work in the same multi-user environment.
I do. Which is why it seems strange that you claim expertise, while dismissing the extra effort that I know would be required.
Please indicate where I claimed expertise.
I wonât hold my breath.
The only extra effort involved is already being undertaken by, and I know this will be a shocker, porting the old models/animations into the new client. You know, where the existing updated models currently work.
