My screen is all snowy and I can not get ahold of support its just question after question and it won’t let me send a ticket to support .

You don’t, support doesn’t actually have people in it and will only respond if a streamer’s is banned or silence goes viral.

You probably will need some technical information about your PC, OS, maybe even a screen shot of the actual issue. Personally it sounds like a issue with your GPU, but more information would be required.
