Short answer: they are all humanoids and attractive for interspecies relationships.
Long answer: (It’s very important to realize. This is all fictional.) Half elves and or half orcs are a fantasy staple. Dreanei is unique to WoW. It’s possible because the lore says so there is no scientific reason for it.

Really Trolls and Elves should be more compatible. Naga are also Troll derivative in a way. If Elves can have kids with Humans then could Trolls? How far does it go??? What about Trolls and dwarves which are also Titan constructs??? What are the limits Blizzard???

Given that it’s a fantasy universe where plant corrupted elementals, cursed fleshy robots and statues, and mutated trolls exist I don’t think there are any actual limits.

Now it’s stuck in my head.
Humans and Orcs are the protagonists of this game and the race the devs back the most so there’s part of fantasy, then there is also the fantasy of Humans breeding with Elves and stuff.
In reality, I have a hard time seeing an Elf falling in love with a Human or a Draenei with an Orc considering a whole lifetime of these two races is like a weekend for a Draenei/Elf
It’s complicated. The various types of Elves that populate Azeroth have a very complex ritual, and strict set of rules that they follow whenever they seek a human as their mate.
Let me try and emulate the Elves human call…

The strange magic called development time mixed with irl human fantasy.
Meaning that 1. Blizz isn’t going to spend time making lots of half-breed models.
And 2. People only really want to think about doing a hot elf. Imagining the horror of a gnome+tauren child is not a priority.
That op,is a good question if we go by reality standards it wouldn’t work but Aezroth isn’t Earth where magic and the impossibilities lives .My guess it is based on her make up.
Most races in WoW where created by magic + the curse of flesh. Few evolved the natural way. Even elves have all been corrupted and changed by magic from their original forms, just like the titans creations. This likely is why some are compatible.

I was still waiting to see how the Jaina/Kalec thing was gonna work out, but then Blizz killed that relationship.
Seems likely there would be other half-breed races out there.
in the WoW universe all humanoids can have children together.
Tauren are ugly and Night Elves are racist.
