How am I supposed to pug

of the 3 anti gdkpers here you do seem to be more resonable than frosti or afk. so the question i have is if blizzard was able to ban bots faster and gold buyers. and remove all rmt from the game would you still be against gdkp? serious question.. and yes i know blizzard will never do either of those but hypothetically lets pretend they did.

Because no one good plays era :joy:

Yes. You’re ignoring the second reason why it’s banned, besides RMT. It’s just a video game. It’s about fun. It’s about going on an adventure with friends or guildies, or even strangers. To turn a raid into a business transaction sucks the joy out of the game and makes it about something very different. GDKPs detract from that traditional social structure.

Rmt will never disappear from gdkps though, as it’s able to be laundered undetected.

Unless blizzard wants to set up gdkp accountants, rmt will never leave gdkps.

What do you mean by “good”

Good at what?

Blizzard will likely implement some hybrid form of reals system in raids in classic+

You’re out of the loop if you don’t recognize blizzard sees the benefits of gdkp as a model

Oh it’s not a bad model

But corruption always exists

I think the reals system in sod was a huge win. I would love for that system to exist in anni.

Wtb sod fresh

Absolutely not. It would be floor pov on launch. Sod was trash

Dropped the ball with 40-60 content but end game raiding at 60 was beautiful. Sure some things could have been different, but compared to anni raiding it was a breath of fresh air.

40man mc reals runs let’s go

i think sod did some things good. i liked the way they did the early phases with the lvl cap. i think it helped bring life to the world

Sure whatever. The end game raiding being “awesome” wasn’t good enough obviously.

They’ll launch a sod fresh and you’ll just get stomped by premades. Not sure why you want to deal with that again amirite

sod is a perfect example of what happens when you cater to people who are too stupid to realise they are being catered to, by the time you can correct course everything you touched is rubble

I don’t think blizzard should be listening to the community at all to be honest. Games only gotten worse when they do

Maybe a percentage of players only. Too many people who don’t even play classic with too big a footprint

blizzard mostly know it too, that’s why there are no polls and any player to dev interaction is done behind closed doors, they will never ever discuss anything on these forums ever

you are not wrong. also the blizzard now is not the blizzard that made the game we love. bringing wokeness into wow etc.. politics have no place in game.

The level caps are something they have to duplicate in any future seasons. They were a massive success. Suddenly the journey meant something again. Everyone wasn’t just concentrating on leveling to max as quickly as possible.

The Vanilla world is massive. There’s a lot to do. And that content gets wasted when everyone is in a mad dash to 60.

Phase 3 was a success?

Yes they were. The max just wasn’t always 60

You obviously didn’t play the game

Hence why blizzard shouldn’t listen to most of the community

it’s always a mage on both sides.

mage host most likely to steal the pot
mage players most likely to be rats trying to suck up pot with no intention to carry or buy anything
