I genuinely don’t understand how I’m spouse to get any gear on this server. Wth? The only items i can get are tier gear that noone wants but I won’t use. Everything else is hard res. Is blizzerd going to do anything about hard locking items like this in tbc? I just got 60 and if tbc is like this will be a huge disapointment

Join a guild if you want bis end game items. If not, make your own run.

I can’t comit to a guild run because of my schedule. I work over night at a plant. I still have a guild or friends. But I don’t remember puging being this hard. I lost a roll on jindos judgement and a guy was nice enough to offer it to me but I couldn’t afford it. I guess I will keep trying mage blade
Why not schedule a raid group around days/times you can commit to?

That’s usually what i do but my days off are different every week I don’t have a set schedule. The groups on this server are super weird and hard lock all the items. I been gon 4 a while and just came back but I done remember pugging to be this bad. I’m wondering if blizz will do something about locking gear in tbc or if I should just play mop
Teansfer your character to Classic Era and enjoy the good times.
Seems to be the way things are on Nightslayer.
If onky they had a loot system that dealt with this and kept SR runs more honest.
Removing GDKPs got rid of all the bots and RMT.

Thanks i actually resubbed for tbc but this is ridiculous. Blizz need 2 so smth about the locking gear it’s weird I don’t remember this from the other classic. I did almost play mop tho cause it looked like higher pop. How is era pop?
Make a character and walk to SW or Org and have a look for yourself. To me, feels really good and what feels like a true vanilla high pop server (med pop for modern)
Right now and for the last 6 months its been fairly stable with a increase in the last week of new bodies.. maybe 5% increase, but likely more soon because they are “ranking” in AV right now becauase they just PVE their way to R14 on that server.
Ranking on Era is harder because everyone already has it so they arent Q’n for anything but the funzies.

Era is poppin and if you make an effort in raids it should be pretty easy to gear up.
I mean he is on a SR only server. Pugs will be horrible there’s a 99.9999% chance of it - sr pugs just attract the worst players

I’ve been had more than once in an SR Zg, never again.
If I need to pug, and I prefer not to pug I will always GDKP if its outside guild. Other loot systems are horrid for pugs.
Special note I have been screwed one time in a GDKP ZG by some Jaja mage that ran the thing who was mad I didn’t buy any ZG set on my T3 pala… LOL WTF..
