By the time Blizzard realizes its error, has numerous ‘staff meetings’ about how to resolve the oversight, and release a hotfix to unlock the content ‘sooner’, it will be Thursday 3/24 anyway.

If you read the patch notes in the launcher for the battle.net app it says
Enter Zul’Aman and More March 24:
about halfway down the page, under that section is where they have the badge gear listed. Up until that point it lists the updates for March 22nd.
it is under the “Badge of Justice Updates” which 3 of the other 4 lines are already active.

Yes, because certain things changed with the patch and certain things change with the raid. Doesn’t really make a whole lot of sense to bring out something called the “Voodoo Shaker” before the raid actually drops does it?
