Horde should retake the Red Dragonflight and turn them against the alliance

I am the true savior of the Horde.

Okay, so, yeah. A literal fascist.

I am not a fascist. I just hold strong political beliefs.

You know warlocks don’t worship demons, right? And warlocks aren’t inherently evil, either. Never mind. Not worth it.

I also play a Nightborne Mage, Tauren Druid, Highmountain Warrior, Zandalari Paladin, Mag’har Shaman, Orc Hunter, Undead Rogue, Vulpera Death Knight (who is FIERCE), Pandaren Monk, Goblin Priest, Blood Elf Demon Hunter on Zul’jin. Then a similar list of Alliance characters on Stormrage (though not nearly as much).

But more importantly, I’m a dreadlord, so none of that matters really.

My comments were in reference to the Dragonmaw clan treatment of red dragons (that included some terrible forced procreation) as somehow a justification in the OP - specifically:

Just taking from wowpedia:

Using the awesome power of this ancient artifact, Nekros and the Dragonmaw orcs captured Alexstrasza and her consorts, including her eldest consort Tyranastrasz. Nekros was but one orc and so could only focus on Alexstrasza, but the other dragons were kept in line by him lashing out at the Life-Binder with the Dragon Soul’s power whenever they tried to save her. Alexstrasza was brought to Grim Batol, where she was forced to lay eggs. The adult dragons were used as powerful war mounts, while the eggs would be raised as loyal whelps.[16] As she was magically kept in a constant state of weakness and pain and bound by mighty chains of adamantine steel,[17] Alexstrasza had no choice but to succumb to this terrible slavery, lest her unborn clutches be slain at the hand of her cruel captor. As the aspect of life, this caused Alexstrasza pain as it could no one else, and she cried for the deaths of her children and the deaths they caused.[18]

According to the OP, the Horde has a natural right to rule over the Red Dragonflight because of … well … that. And the Dragonflight are guilty because when they broke free, they killed members of the Horde. Based on a storyline that involved some seriously dark actions that (as mentioned) even Blizzard wants to shy away from as best they can.

I don’t care if we’re talking in-game, out-of-game, RP, or just chatting. Crossing THAT line is a hard no. Crossing that path and then using it as a justification for why the Horde has a natural right to rule over the Red Dragonflight? That’s pretty twisted.

Azeroth has some weird standards - heck I’ve killed so many things just for pants - but advocating for a storyline that is supported by forced procreation and murder of babies? Really. Just no.

And that’s coming from a dreadlord who eats people.

Irrelevant. My comment meant to show you that your “shock” is ridiculous because you evidently don’t have a problem to differentiate reality from fiction. Dominating Dragons is also far less shocking than playing a literal mass murdering death knight.

It’s not. A high fantasy game can and should explore dark themes. If you disagree, don’t play a class whose specialization is the domination of demon races or a class who summons undead resurrected from the flesh of innocents. Even if it’s an uwu furlord.

It is a shame that Grommash is dead. He wouldn’t have killed Garrosh.

Dumb bait thread. That being said, I like the Dragonmaw quest chain and the people freaking out over it are touched in the head.

You know what, whatever, you said yourself, you RP as a dreadlord who eats people, who cares.

I shouldn’t be shocked that someone is advocating for a storyline justified by forced procreation? We’re talking reality here - this is a person actually advocating for a storyline based on the premise of these actions. Hard pass.

You seem to be blurring that line between person and character a lot, but I’ll assume you can differentiate the two.

If you can, you probably shouldn’t be referencing the class I’m playing, but rather why I’m okay with classes who subjugate demons and control undead minions.

As I said though, I think it’s a pretty twisted stance for someone to actually advocate for a storyline based on a backstory of forced procreation (and lauding it no less). Hard pass on the hard r storylines. WoW doesn’t need more of that type of content.

Then again, you’re a level 10 with a hidden profile, so you can enjoy your dark fantasy as much as you want. Apparently WoW doesn’t draw you in much.

LOL! I don’t even play on an RP server (or RP). Your reference is partly from a joke that stemmed from a dreadlord thread a while back - and from you literally referencing that my character’s race was a Troll and therefore a cannibal.

Such storylines have a right to exist, yes.

Could we just stop having our ostensive heroes committing war crimes and other edgy nonsense just for teh lulz?
BFA was awful because the Horde was just going along with whatever evil action Sylvanas wanted for no real discernible reason. it was laughably bad.

And yeah, I thought the Red Whelp genocide thing from Legion was out of tone as well. Death Knights have their morally grey moments, but they never went out of their way to be super evil for no reason before that questchain and haven’t since. Complete edgelord crap for no reason.

“The horde should reenslave the Red Dragons cuz uh…idk I’m edgy lul”
No. How about no.

No, I want gritty war stories, thank you very much.

No, BFA was awesome at the beginning, and everybody loved it. Every Horde player loved the war about resources, lead by a woman with an iron will and iron fist, ready to crush the Alliance. Then it became clear that Blizzard had no idea, or was too incompetent to communicate, why this war is even fought. Because Teldrassil was originally supposed to be conquered because it served as a port for the transportation of Azerite to the Alliance. And then it got burned for… reasons. BFA was bad because nobody knew what Sylvanas’ motivations were. BFA was bad because the story was originally written like it was supposed to be the grand finale the final war where one faction would win once and for all. And then, 3 months into the expansion everybody realized that there would be no satisfying ending.

Red Dragons should dominate Orcs. YES!

Categorically impossible.
Both had invaded the Amani homeland from far and away.
High Elves came from what we now know as Kalimdor.
Humans came from Northrend.

Like why would you type this? Humanity began in Northrend, and was sent by ship to the areas we now know as the Eastern Kingdoms.

Yeah their cities just disappeared for reasons.

Guess people going to ignore the family literally called TROLLBANE? And one of them had a weapon he was famous for using to kill trolls with?

Really? That’s where this has devolved to? :dracthyr_nod: :dracthyr_heart:

The act of crossing a border as refugees isn’t “attacking”.

It is when the natives are attacking and you continue to move deeper and deeper into their territory, further provoking said native

So you admit the Trolls attacked first, got it.

Because the elves were trespassing. The trolls had every right to defend their land. Which is what they were doing.

No, Micah. Killing a group of refugees with babies and defenseless women isn’t “defending”. What a delusional and, frankly, naive way of looking at this situation! It was the genocide of the Highborne or a bunch of dead Trolls. Thankfully, the former won.

We’re high elves, we’ll actively hunt down the trolls whenever we can, because we’re better evolved

Again, you do you boo.
