Horde - Prepare for some TBC frustration

Blizzard does not care … just give them your money and move on …
They did not care 20 year ago who do you think they care now.

just enjoy the game and when you see people get fired at blizzard or someone work for blizzard i dont employee them

Why would a PVP’r which is what this thread about switch from Ally to horde to roll a freaking Belf???

Palas are trash in pvp
Belfs are like 5th down the list of racials

Human rogues are disgusting that racial guarantees you sap on other rogue unless its a human.

Orc, UD both way better than belf. Depending on the class you want belf might be further down.

given how many warlocks you will see running in the wilds, wotf is incredibly op in his non nerfed version

this is the literal definition of a slippery slope argument

Horde queue was slow before the boost, feels the same after boost. If you don’t like it go play ally. I don’t find the times that bad personally.

Sorry, I was suspended for a bit. What did I miss?

This thread is more about what will happen a few weeks into TBC when the Alliance have completed their honor sets and just essentially stop queueing the rest of the expansion. Pre-patch queues, if anything, are pretty quick because of the increased demand for honor cap.

I’m speculating that we might see 2-4 hour queues for Horde BGs by July.

Anyone with a brain saw this coming when they introduced boosts, it’s a fact that horde get stacked on almost EVERY SINGLE PRIVATE SERVER ever made for TBC, most end up being 70/30 horde.

Blizzard should’ve seen this coming awhile away, even BETA people stacked horde.

They should just allow horde vs horde ques to be honest.

Game experience > thematics.

Also with how rogue heavy arena is going to be. Human racial is being greatly undervalued right now by most people.

Absolutely not. There should be some tangible consequence for people mass-rerolling Horde. If you want your WotF that badly, the cost is 5 hours queues. If you want to play a Blood Elf so badly, enjoy your 4 hour EotS wait. If Blizzard removes one of the last remaining barriers to complete population imbalance then what is there to stop the game from just becoming 95% Horde and 5% Alliance? Incentivizing people to play Alliance is a better direction to tackle this problem from than Horde vs. Horde queues which would merely hasten the exodus.

What sort of incentives do people think would be reasonable to keep people playing Alliance? 200% reputation gain? 300% bonus experience 1-70? A dual spec option that is only available to the Alliance?

help me please

This was expected in classic and with the exception of av because of the cave it never happened. Bgs in BC are meant for casuals anyways most real pvprs will be doing arenas.

I dont remember premades being that bad in bc due to the fact of arenas then again. I only really did av and eye.

Also don’t forget that they may get there 75k honor and tokens but some of the lvl 70 gear requires eye of the storm tokens to purchase.

I havnt met any alliance players that rerolled horde for tbc. Perception, stoneform and escape artist are highly slept on. Plus we like our instant bg ques. Hope the horde are enjoying av weekend. I got 100 marks and honor capped in a day

That would be sick tho!

Well yeah. Horde were given ez-mode racials, they should be forced to sit in queue. The price you pay for taking the path of least resistance

You prolly watch flag football too. wtf

So…like classic? Nothing changes?

Am I the only one with big enough muscles to remember that Horde had awful q times in classic?

Just wanted to bring this back.

Stonecastle was a Prophet and ahead of his time. Horde hated him because he told them the truth.

Please feel free to contribute to the body of evidence as to why Horde queue times need to be fixed.
