Hey. Us druids need to be big to change into big animals.
Just check this character for an idea there. not exactly “fat” but not the slimmest out there. Like if there was a scale, this might be what some were thinking of for Kul’tiran females.
Also, with druid races let’s not forget worgen, the females look a bit slimmer if you don’t mind the “furry” aspect.
Gnome Druid master race/class combination. This change alone would fix the faction imbalance.
Gnome Druids. You know you’d roll one.
It would make sense for Vulpera to be druids. I think blizzard just didn’t want to make new forms for them.
It’d be unfair for the Horde to have five druid races while the Alliance only has 3.
I’m pretty sure Alliance Druids are all massive as well (I’m not counting the couple levels in early Gilneas.) Why the Horde fixation? Yes the Alliance just sucks these days but in this case there’s no reason to make a distinction.
Boy, this sure seems to come out of left field.
Trolls are chunky? I mean, considering how long and stringy they are, in that logic, everyone is chunky when in chunks.
Lol, no.
I made one because my friend bugged me to play Druid. I was twice the height of a Blood Elf. I logged out and now its just a name holder until we get a normal Druid race. That isnt massive.
LOL, that was good. I was expecting a bear wearing lingerie but this is good.
I want nightborne druid the most.
If Trolls are fat… maybe people are right about those KT jabs~
As for OP, reads like you just want some smoll uwu druid race
Aren’t all druid races the large types? Tauren, Troll, KT, Worgen, NE. Right?
I mean, what constitutes a ‘normal’ Druid race?
I’m all for more racial class options, but… hasn’t the lore been butchered enough recently?
Druids are only from races that have strong ties to nature and an ancient presence on Azeroth. Night elves obviously fit the bill, and Tauren make sense for similar reasons. Trolls make sense because they are even more ancient than night elves, and you could argue that the loa and voodoo stuff is nature worship in its own way before night elves came along (even though they didn’t learn how to become true druids canonically until Cata). Worgen… well, as much as I love my Worgen druid they are kind of pushing it. Yes the night elves took them in and taught them, yes they have ties to Goldrinn, yes a few gifted people used primitive psuedo-druidism on their crops before Light worship took over Gilneas and made it less popular. Still pushing it.
The only races that I could see with true deep ties to nature, or at least the land, and an ancient presence on Azeroth, would be Dwarves and Pandaren. You could suggest a certain set of (wildhammer) dwarves chose to really embrace the curse of the flesh thing and study their natural roots and ties to their gryphons and use that to unlock flight form. Pandaren clearly know how to work the land and have been quietly doing their thing on Pandaria for ages. I could see both working as Druids without shattering the lore.
That doesn’t help the Horde though
Stormwind druids & shaman bring not possible is totally God darn bullsh*t and everyone knows it.
All of their druid forms can be horses.
And I’m sorry the mothrfriggin SPACE GOATS who had one of their chromosome hoarding half cousins show them how to be hippy Shaman because he hitched a ride on the interstellar houseboat like a darn border-crossing hippie – THAT is allowed. But human shaman? No no.
Eat my left one, they’ve been on Azeroth for a hot second and they can be Shaman?
Guh!
I agree. People who roll on everything are obnoxiously entitled.
I believe that after we have druid humans and shamen, which in itself is disrespectful of the lore, any reason that can be cited in the lore for any race not having access to a certain class, was thrown out the window by Blizzard.
If neither Blizzard wants to keep the lore as a reference north and ignores it when it’s convenient, then we could have any class for any race.
Worgen and goblin monk / paladin? Yes.
Orc, gnome and forsaken paladin? Yes.
Gnome / dwarf / blood elf druid? Yes.
Eredar Paladin of Sargeras? Yes too.
Vulpera druid should also have been a class option.
Neither of the troll races are “chunky” by any means, and one of them is based on the night elf model. Gonna say this is a bad troll.
The blood elf population does not need more classes nor players; the horde has enough druids already.
Mecha-Gnome/Vulpera Druids!
