Honor and Justice Updates

Honor and Justice Points can very quickly take a back seat currency wise once gear gets rolling, but we think it feels better when these activities are still rewarding.

With hotfixes that are now live, we’ve made the following changes:

  • The Honor Quartermasters Lok’nor Bloodfist and Hayden Christophen now offer players Motes of Harmony for 400 Honor.
  • The Honor Quartermasters in Pandaria now offer the Honor to Justice conversion.
  • The Justice Quartermaster Lo ping now offer players Motes of Harmony for 600 Justice Points.
  • The Justice Quartermaster in Pandaria now offers the Justice to Honor conversion.

We like seeing players in Pandaria, continuing their dailies and other activities without the disruption of having to return to Cataclysm vendors between their dungeons and battlegrounds.

We also really liked what the Cataclysm Vendors did to keep Justice Points relevant longer for players. Purchasing Motes of Harmony and making use of the Spirit of Harmony vendors feels like a very natural recapturing of what the Cataclysm vendors did for Justice and Honor. Players can spend their Spirit of Harmony at the vendors located in their faction’s shrine, and these vendors offer various materials for their professions or raiding.

The original Article is showing this for 11.2 . I’m assuming thats just a weird visual error

EDIT: Kaviax, Please for QoL make Justice to Honor available on Lok’nor Bloodfist too. We shouldn’t need to hearth to do that and then come back to pandaland. OR move the justice vendor near the new PVP vendors.

Leatherworkers have such a tight grip on the economy right now it’s ridiculous, can we look at removing the Spirit of Harmony requirement for Leg Armors?

Inscription doesn’t use them for shoulder enchants, Leatherworkers shouldn’t use them for Leg Enchants.

600 justice points for 1 mote of harmony seems a bit low. Currently people farming 6 spirit of harmony an hour this is nearly irrelevant if this is meant as a way to keep people farming dungeons for it. At 100 justice per mote it would start to feel a decent to me.

So i see the Honor vendor Motes, but the JP Vendor doesn’t seem to have the motes to buy?

Yeah. 600 justice per mote almost feels like they forgot the difference between spirits and motes (it would be a little cheap for a spirit, but 50% more than the cap for a single spirit seems like it’s kind of a lot).

Do you mean, a bit high instead of a bit low?

This was the price in patch 5.1. It’s just coming in earlier

Low in term of motes, but high in term of justice. Might not have been clear.

I like this but having the justice and valor vendors out in Narnia doesn’t help. Wish they would get brought over to shrine as well. With the distance they are its still better to just go to org/sw to trade justice to honor.

600jp for 1 mote meh

If your goal is recapturing what the cata vendor did 1 mote per 600 justice is horribly off the mark. 600 justice for 1 blue shard in cata vs 6000 justice for 1 blue shard in mop and similar for all the other mats

600 for a mote isn’t even worth the effort, I do hope they meant spirit

Nope it’s a mote, already seen it on the vendor.

I actually agree with this! Hurray! :+1:

That’s like one mote per instance. That’s huge!

:woman_shrugging:

600 JP seems like a lot for 1 mote.

What’s the reason for JP gear being a lower ilvl than heroic dungeon blues?

THIS was the big pvp update while an entire faction rots away? They really want you to pay to faction swap instead of simply adding cross faction arenas & bgs, very disturbing stuff.
