Justice points definitely needed another use but this doesn’t seem especially useful.
Maybe consider something that makes MoP Classic alt-friendlier? Rep tokens? Lesser charms of good fortune? XP potions?

Each boss drops 100 JP on kill. No Pandaria dungeon has 6 bosses, and only 1, Scholomance, even has 5
On average you’re looking at 1 1/2 dungeons for a single mote. In the time it takes to do those you can kill turtles on the beach for 2 entire spirits

That’s a lot of currency for a single mote of harmony.
Can we get jp for the reroll gold coins that are a BoA item so we can get terolls on alts without having to change which character we want to farm on?
Example 2000 jp for a coin of luck. Gives 1 reroll token, boa, cannot exceed your max available rerolls.
Is that it? I feel like I’m capping JP every couple of hours… even with no plans to play or level alts, I’ve upgraded almost every heirloom piece.
This is good timing for me to have something to actually spend on, though it will most likely sink the value of items crafted with spirits.
Instead of having to camp something that spawns once every 40 minutes and only has a 10% to drop the item,
could just be on the JP vendor.
AFK camping rares isn’t an important classic experience that needs to be re-lived.

4k honor for one spirit seems to be a bit excessive.

Just FYI, it appears that some layers didn’t get the the motes added to the vendor. I was able to see them on 1 layer, and when I joined a group and changed layers, they were no longer on the vendor

Came here to say the same thing. Some guild members are able to see the motes, others can’t.
Just layer hop until you get there. Annoying, but works for now
I get the idea of having something to spend JP on when you no longer need it otherwise, but like…600 for 1 mote is so much for so little, you’d honestly probably be better off spending the JP on gear and then vendoring it back for gold
I couldn’t agree more with this. 600 for 1 “MOTE” is crazy. I’ll just go farm turtles and other random hyper spawn areas at that rate lol

How about trading in motes/spirits for JP or honor? Or is that already a thing? Genuinely curious because all I do is PvP, and have not much use for motes or spirits. But if I can exchange them for JP or honor I would love to know where 
There is a vendor that takes Spirits for trade goods at the Shrine city, outside near the flying trainer.
So I guess you could trade in for stuff to sell on the AH.
Where are the rep commendations at revered??
Lo Ping does not have the motes for sale on Arugal, nor do they have JP > Honor conversion.
Hotfix did not go live for OCE servers it seems.

Like others have said, it might not be live on your layer and you might have to layer change.
