I don’t think it is considering the people who played the Beta said it’s exactly like SL which is what I quit to come to Classic but now that Classic is also like SL just without the QoL it’s kinda become apparent that WoW just might not be my thing anymore.
Which is sad, I thought I would really enjoy this experience but man it leads nowhere worthwhile for the time investment it requires.
Dragonflight is more like MOP than shadowlands, whoever said that doesnt know what they are talking about.
No power systems outside of gear, new specs, lots of abilities. Shares nothing with shadowlands

Just take what you want from it. Personally I know that on balance it’s pretty much the best version of class design there is. There are one-off elements I prefer about TBC, world elements I prefer about classic, and maybe certain polish elements I like about retail… but WotLK has it’s own strengths.
After seeing how Classic and TBC went, I have no interest in collecting crap. I’m just here to push arena as hard as I can within the bounds of fun and enjoy the best version of arms warrior they ever crafted by far.
DF probably will out-pace WotLK, partially because it seems they are slowly applying the lessons of Classic to retail. What matters is whether they can execute on those ideas.
Very true. I played Warrior in WOTLK and i quit in cata for what they did to it. Charge going on stun DR was the kicker lol.
I’ve been on medium and high pop servers, and gdkp has never been the main raid format. This is mostly a forum creation. 2 SR is most popular in lfg raid, gdkp isn’t far behind but its usually lower gold with people’s alt’s and some standards on admittance. Then there’s a few that spam like crazy looking for big spending buyers for the kind of gdkp’s everyone here complains about.
TBC heroics and then T5 raids were reasonably difficult. I’m already finding LK dungeon insanely boring. Having to do something that easy that its hard to fail over and over is just a drag. Supposedly it picks up in Ulduar. I’d like to see ICC, its an iconic raid. But this version of the game is about the same as retail WoW, and not sure if I’ll last that long.
if you have friends to play with! you can play any wow expansion and get fun, but if we’re talk about the game itself? shadowlands have it’s pros and cons and wotlkc have it’s pros and cons, but shadowlands can offer more friendly gameplay to ease your mind due the tons of things you can enjoy while it can be casual friendly to proper points but wotlkc is all about being no lifer or be left behind unless you pay $$$$ to catch up in gear through gdkp’s & bis gems/enchants.
At this point it’s just nostalgia leveling and raids.
Blizzard is actively killing anything beyond raid loggin. Blizzard couldn’t even get the wrath gate event right.
There are people who want to play this era forever, like eternal high school.
Really funny and I wonder how those opinions will change in a few months

I never said I was bored, way to not understand the entire post lmao.
I said was upset because of the insane grind, lack of QoL and everything taking longer than it should.
If Classic to you is just a version of Retail where it’s grinder with less QoL that’s fine, you picked your poison but it’s not wrong to call it out.
The guy who replied to you is stupid as hell. They are reverting to WOD style pvp gear. 1 set for Honor and 1 set for Conquet.
Thank god dude, that gives me hope. Wrath PvP is already dead on arrival, people exploited the WG thing and got too far ahead. At least DF has potential to be easier.
Ya pvp on alts will be super nice. Especially with no conduits or legendaries to grind out to be viable. Can just bg or solo shuffle spam to gear.
