Yeah my ISP says “its out of their network” nothing they can do, but did expedite my issue up the chain of support. They did say if it continues to call back see what else can be done.

Just to be clear your Internet Service Provider can look into and report issues to their peering partners. The good news is that we are also looking into this issue since it’s impacting multiple users in Texas that use that node. I don’t have an update other than our network team is in contact with them but it doesn’t hurt to push the ISP as well.

I’ve tried that with Grande Communications, but they just say it’s out of their network. I’ve been trying to get to a higher level tech who might actually understand the issue.
Also having the same issues, cableone, saying it’s outside their network but not offering any relevant solutions.

3rd day of lag for me. Okay during the day, but too slow to raid in the evenings. My ISP in Nextlink, Hudson Oaks, Texas. I installed a VPN today. It does not help this problem…lag and not being able to submit a ticket or contact Support with battle.net
make sure when you set up a VPN choose a VPN server that out of Texas
I am having the same problems with Cable One in Mississippi.
I also have nextlink, out of stephenville tx. HAving the same issues, at like 14k ms tonight, but only on WoW…

Can someone please help me
My ISP is CableOne as well. I live in MS. Had latency issues all day today. Got to raid to do mythic ghuun and had 10k MS. Downloaded a vpn and boom, 100 ms the rest of the night.
My ISP is Pavlov through Century Link. I live in Colorado and have been having this issue since last Tuesday (11/27) HELP!
My isp is saying it is a blizzard issue and there is nothing they can do, what do i tell them ?
Thank you for this. I live in Idaho, but My ISP is out of Texas (Rise Broadband) and I’ve been having similarly described issues as everyone else here. I’m going to keep this topic bookmarked and await updates.

Hopefully Blizzard will get their issues in Texas sorted quickly–I’m pretty sure I saw Tech Support posting that they’re aware of the issue in TX and are working to fix it.

Grande Communications still doesn’t seem to be interested in escalating this. I’ve tried multiple times to get to a tier 3 tech or so. Still having issues tonight and here’s a latest winmtr just to keep things updated I suppose.

I have been having the same problem almost a week. High world ms but only during raid combat. It is making raiding impossoble. My isp, Cincinnati bell said it is not on their end and wont help further. In a different post, Blizz said they need data to request an investigation from Level 3. How do I help provide that data? The roster boss is hitting my raid and losing the only stable tank won’t help.
So far I have tried:
Resetting modem,
Ruling out all PC hardware issues
Getting a new modem
Swapping to new ethernet cables
Deleting addons
Uninstalling and reinstating the whole game on a different HD
Running with 0 addons
Calling my ISP who wont help
Can someone please help?
Read the stickies about connection issues, and run and post a winMTR. Those diagnostic steps are the first steps towards identifying the issue and then getting it into the hands of someone who can resolve it.
