Show me the other act of treason the blood elves committed against the kirin tor. That is the reason. She is married to Rhonin so she gets a pass in the alliance.
She has prejudice against the sunreavers and blood elves because of that incident. There is nothing else as far as I read. Imagine maintaining prejudice based on past racism that has nothing to do with you.
edit: The horde blew up her husband well after all the silver covenant stuff. Thatâs from an entirely different expansion. Most of the stuff I am referring to happened long before the WoW timeline anyway. Itâs just bad history. The silver covenant basically an in game reference to racist cults.

She was brainwashed by the alliance into believing blood elves are evil, and didnât question it. She just believed her husbandâs people. Thatâs what you call an assimilated racist.
Excuse me, I will go play my fair-skinned void elf, which they insisted would never happen, while waiting for our new hair colors and styles in a future patch.
I forgot HE threads still exist. They all seemed to go away when they got void elves with the correct skin color.
I remember the days when it was screamed from the rooftops that lore was the most important thing. And people would pretend to be offended that it was stated the HE crowd only wanted a fair skinned elf, and didnât actually care about the lore.
We are still waiting for hair options and lore, yes, because void elf lore is still as shallow as it was in 2017. But these skins are at least a better compromise, a sign of goodwill that should have been done two years ago. At least we can RP while waiting for more options and lore.
But if you want us to keep making threads accepting no compromise and demanding real playable high elves, just say so. We will be happy to comply.
I am just here to say âI told you soâ to the crowd that talk me lore was the number 1 most important thing. That the major HE push wouldnt all but disappear once you were able to play the correct skin color.
Considering all the things I was called for pointing this out originally.
I would be happy after the final hair colors come to make threads about requesting player housing, and also threads about all the other races that need customizations still Nightbourne, LF, and Blood Elves come to mind. I donât even play Horde and I agree Belfs should have gotten more.
I think we may have to go back to making multiple threads to make sure Blizzard acknowledges us again. Once we have the hair colors and fantasy finally filled and not half filled they can have whatever void or blood elf options they want.
Once they made void elves instead of going directly to high elves, devs put themselves into a corner.
But the new skins are a better compromise and did enough to return our goodwill.
I still want more customization, but Iâm sure itâs coming, just like many other races will get it.
Iâm still really upset about void elf lore (itâs been almost three freaking years since their debut!!!) and how high elves were pushed even further to the background because of void elves. However, since I know there will be no racial lore in Shadowlands (at least in 9.0, and until we return to Azeroth), itâs pointless to keep hoping for now. It feels like we will have to wait two more years, until 10.0. Which is ridiculous.
