You know, if yāall didnāt systematically spam any suggestion for a positive addition to the game, none of this would escalate. As it is, I have zero sympathy for the āantiā community. Basing your entire movement around āthe other side is badwrongfunā doesnāt resonate well with me.

Since the very beginning of the void elf hate which spurned the uptick in forum conversation about this stuff there was a humongous spam of high elf threads. Threads in opposition mostly gained ground (since most of us were happy posting in the void elf thread) after pro high elf threads started flooding the main board and people were sick of it.
Itās not that both sides arenāt doing it but donāt act like the more hardline pro ally groups didnāt start this tsunami of stupid.
Many of us genuinely have opinions we feel is best for the game. Not everyone is going to agree and itās not simply to āstick itā to pro ally players. We also do get tired of being attacked cause we have an opposing viewpoint. I canāt tell you how many people got forum vacations trying to flag my posts in the beginning just for saying I didnāt agree and why. Some of us are also a bit tired after 3 years of having to go over the same things over and over again.

This is the question you should try to ask more than say stuff like what you just did.
We have literally decades of posts on why we feel that way, maybe lurk moar instead of just deciding our motives for yourself.

If you think a thread is spam, then flag it and move on. There is features on the forums such as āthread muteā as wellā¦ But donāt go ahead and claim that the Proās are the real bad guys on the forums when the Antiās arenāt any better themselves.

Did I say I did? I also donāt lump every pro ally or anti player together. Some are fine, some are not. Everyone has gotten heated or annoyed at some point and Iām not absolving either side in general of things. I also donāt just lump massive groups together all the time when thereās different viewpoints within.
I donāt mute threads or flag anything I disagree with. Iād rather respond and have a conversation, generally, then plug my ears and shut my eyes.

All you are doing is dancing away from the fact of the matter. Spam is spam. Your group didnt make it but ignoring your immediate wagging of pom poms is dishonest behavior from you.

If posts on the forum are negatively impacting your actual play in the game, I really canāt help you. No one can except for you yourself. But, going into a constructive thread and just going āNo, you canāt have this because I say soā is not just destructive, itās also very, very rude.
You will never see me going into a Horde AR thread and saying āHorde should not have this raceā (unless I am very obviously joking; the sheer volume here suggests people are serious, though). I want you guys to have fun, so I can defeat more of your pixels in warmode.
Now, I want to have fun, too. Which is why I want to play a murloc that is hostile to everyoneā¦I got side tracked here. I would love to play a high elf, too, of course. I would love for yāall to have ogres. I would love if everyone got the AR they wanted. That would be great. It would make World of Warcraft great again.
