High Elf compromise

Because blood elves are not a neutral race, which means you do not get our customization options. They are Horde customization options.

Thalassian elves having sympathy on their cousins? C’mon, half of us hate the other half quite intensively.

It wouldn’t be more Elves. Just more customization options for an existing AR.

it doesnt work like that, unfortunately. if you make a velf dk, even though your color pallete is blue, you cant have the light blue hair if you’re a velf, because belf already have it. everybody else can have it, but if you’re a velf you cant. its ludicrous but it is what it is

velf and nightborne also cant be demonhunters, even though they’re elves, because they werent around when illidan formed the illidari. so that also means you cant make a velf with tattooes either.

the customization options for velfs and nightbornes are stupid.

Because you’re asking for a Horde race on Alliance. The devs gave you your compromise when they pulled Void Elves out of thin air to give you the Blood Elf model.

They aren’t going to get “normal” skin tones because they would just be an actual copy of a Horde race at that point and it’s not gonna happen. You have your High Elves, if you want a peach skinned one I once again will say, the Horde is waiting for y’all:

Come on. Don’t be stingy.

It is in Warcraft though. Humans, dwarves, and gnomes. The only thing missing is tolkein-esque elves.

No. You do not get Horde customization options. If you want to play a fair skinned elf, the Horde is waiting for you. This nonsense involving Alliance asking for Horde stuff is old and overplayed.

If I want to play a fair-skinned elf on Alliance, I can play Night Elf. They look pretty fair-skinned to me.

I don’t know why the helf crowd just doesn’t organize, create a focal RP server. Create elves on the horde, make a huge guild and call themselves high elves. They can RP high elf stuff all the time 24/7

What if i want to play a black void elf? Is it ok for you?

We’ve also got non-evil, civilized, reasonable orcs, goblins and trolls, and the race of elves on their side. Bit different from traditional LotR fantasy.

This leads me to another topic. I play Horde as much as Alliance. I started a Maghar Warrior. I think upright Orcs have the best models in the game. However, aren’t Horde the masters of PvP? Well, I’m 2-6 in low level BGs. It’s not much different than when I play my Alliance characters.

Funny you say that, since undead are getting the option to hide their bones now too.

Guess it’s time for pink void elves.

im sure you do

Which has nothing to do with anything in any regard whatsoever. Horde stuff. Stop asking for it. I play Alliance too. I wouldn’t be caught dead asking for Horde stuff.

Do you doubt me?

Hiding the bones doesn’t change the fact that it’s a rotting human and Sylvanas isn’t.

So no. It’s not time for the Alliance to get a carbon copy of a Horde race.

I have doubt it is truly for “Story reasons” like they always claim. That is the thing that use at the head of their arguments. They want the “rich” High Elf RP and story. It is most definitely a thing of wanting to play Blood Elves on the alliance in reality.
