The only way the alliance could get high elves is a totally unique model, not nelf, not blood elf in body or look.
You really can’t muddy the water anymore. Body swapping like they did with nightborne, nelfs, void elves and blood elves is done.

And someone posted right above, a unique model for them would be the best idea… make em less scrawny and more volume to reflect not being addled by fel magic.
Then they wouldn’t be void elves.
Personally I don’t want Tolkien elves as much as I want reasonably proportioned, non-freakishly-colored characters that don’t come with a smoggy, overly spiked city as a package deal.

Sounds like you want a different art style than this game then. Almost all character models are oddly, cartoonishly proportioned in this game.
Blood Elves are no exception. Have you seen us in Plate boots? It’s like they are sized for giants.

Void Elves were the compromise. Wanting Void Elves to look exactly like Blood Elves or “High Elves” is not compromising. It is asking for exactly what you want but with a different name. There is no “compromise” about that.
Nah, it’s not just the cartoony look. Alliance males take the cake for bizarre proportions. Look at human males (ape-men), night elves (ripped with an hourglass figure), and draenei (refrigerators with goat legs). The blood/void elf male’s proportions aren’t quite to my taste either, but they’re some of the most reasonable in the game.
So basically a blood elf?

Honestly Night Elf male bodies are my favorite for any of the male figures. But maybe I just have weird tastes. I like em tall and a little gangly.
Blood Elf male posture is so gross to me. They stand like gym rat d bags, posing in front of a mirror with their chest puffed up like a peacock.

I dunno how people find “the horde is waiting for you” insulting and then they go and play void elves 
100% agree on belf male pose, if that were an option I’d change it in a heartbeat.
Void elves are the compromise.
i want a worgen, do i get to ask for a compromise so the horde get some variation of them? nope, i have to play the alliance if i want one, why do you guys have to be different? want a helf, join the horde.

Yea hey there’s a cool idea. You guys can have Blood Elves and we get Worgen.
Worgen are by far the coolest race anyway.
Technically, it still is a compromise. I’m not asking for High Elves to be added to the Alliance. Void Elves would still be Void Elves. They’d just have more customization options.
