The decision isn’t in your or any player’s hands. Blizzard decides. Right now you can be smug because they agree with you. But that can always change.

Yeah, but they feed on the Sunwell. The ones that fed on fel became fel elves and we took them out at the Sunwell. Blood Elves fed on mana from animals. You were talking about the two (Sunwell and fel) together, which could give the impression they were feeding on it. It’s probably not worth correcting you on but bringing any of it up tends to start a cycle about how Blood Elves are a different race from feeding on fel, and I just wanted to nip it.
Some of them came over when we did the whole Dreanor rescue thing.

Yea, some did. I just don’t see it happening anytime soon due to blizzard focusing on “Allied Races” Instead of Core races. And not only that it isn’t really one of the popular picks. But I can have hope. Not gonna make a big deal of something that likely won’t happen though :<

Considering it seems like to me that you’re purposefully leaving points out just to further your own argument, perhaps you should.
At least you seem somewhat self aware.
I’m talking about my own posts. Obviously there are toxic people on both sides, I’ve said this already yet I was quoted in a way that removed it. However the anti side to me is far more toxic in both practice and principal. They make more toxic, dismissive posts, purposefully cut out points they dont like or can’t refute and genuinely seem to hate people who simply want a lore friendly customization option added.
At least the people for them have a stake in this argument, although even if they didn’t they’d still be the less toxic side.

do you think its working? if not, dont worry about it. if so, keep voicing your disagreement, but dont try to pretend your view is the only view that should be allowed, even if the devs agree with you. i dunno about the devs. they are confusing, and i’ve lost my patience with them.
And they “decided” not to make a vanilla server either. And yet here we are.

No it was still in the post, “Tendency” often alludes to it being on both sides but one side tends to be more toxic than the other.
Then bring it back up. Sometimes entire points will be ignored because people don’t consider it relevant or they just glance over it. Happens all the time everywhere on the forums. Although it is true that there are a ton of dismissive posts. I do it all the time, I am toxic. I know I am and frankly you shouldn’t discuss High Elves with me you won’t get a good discussion. Everything you are saying though is totally anecdotal but it is understandable. All about timing, I’ve come in to both “sides” (God I hate the "Helfer and “Anti” terminology personally) being overly toxic.
It is a valid opinion, but I always think if you don’t want a race added you should let your voice be heard. Whether it comes off toxic or not.
I don’t think most people hate the other people. This would be a crazy thing to do. People are just very emotional in my opinion. However, what do I know? I personally admit I am very toxic and harbor no hatred towards anyone but I guess some people could literally hate the person they are arguing with. Overall though, in my honest opinion I think it just comes down to anecdotes when toxic related things are discussed. It is perfectly fair for you to disagree with that though.

Yeah, I’m sure the people nitpicking extremely insignificant details that don’t matter to anyone else would be happy to get something other than precisely what they have specified and campaigned for exhaustively since the dawn of time
