Man pirates must have gotten splinters in their foots like crazy bad. You never catch me on a wooden ship without shoes. Maybe thats why they were peg legged. They ran around with splinters in their feet.

gameplay wise they are already playable. the trope of being a light skinned and majestic elf is available to play already. the only thing a few players here refuse to accept is that they are aligned with orcs and not humans
blood elves are THE high elves, and as such high elves are playable. that you deny yourself this is your choice
everyone including the devs know this request has nothing to do with the lore. as evidenced by the void elf light skin request thread and when ion himself tells you ‘if you want to be a blue eyed elf sorry, the horde is there waiting for you’
ive even seen people here argue eye color means youre a different species. when eye color is as mutable as hair color. 
this was resolved with the restoration of the sunwell. the only divide now is a political opinion, which is not enough to justify copying a part of the hordes identity and uniqueness of blood elves to the alliance

With the only detail that i never saw Caelis using a different character to post, while the individual you are defending (as expected, coming from anti high elf bias, antis can’t do anything wrong, the High Elf fans are the bad guys) used to hop on multiple different alts in the same thread to pretend to be a different person.
i’ve suggested half elf half human, half elf half dragon, high elves with a different model, high elves with a modified model, high elves from a different plane/dimension/timeline/alternate universe. elves with different eye colors. elves that look like wrathion, from pale to dark.
when i resubbed and logged in for the first time in a month i couldnt find my characters from wyrmrest accord/moon guard
i like how all these suggestions are to make a high elf what they arent. theres a reason they share the same model and get updated at the same time. because they are the same people that have lived together for 7000 years

Caelis used to post as Kizzan. Haven’t seen that character for a while, but mostly the posts seem to consist of thinly veiled personal attacks and shouting down arguments as debunked without bothering to do any debunking. Mostly I’m amused at how they hopped in here to get on Fyre’s case when they do the same thing.
Also, you know, when I didn’t actually defend Fyre so much as call out someone else, have you considered maybe you’re the one with the bias problem in seeing someone on your side doing wrong?

That’s great, I’m happy to agree with this – Blood Elves are the most amazing, most magnificent of all Thalassians. Now that this is established, how does this exactly relate to people asking for a completely different collection of Thalassians?
We’ll never know, because Blizzard thought it wise to try and placate the people asking for High Elves with everything they weren’t asking for.
To be fair, being a distinct species is hardly a requisite for being made playable – there are, what, four different varieties of playable Human?

I would agree if it weren’t for Allied Races. Do you honestly think that Void Elves were 50% of the Blood Elf population? What about the Lightforged Draenei? They can’t be more than 5% of the Draenei population. They’re all soldiers.
I don’t really care if High Elves get added or not, but the only reasonable argument against them is their appearance being almost the exact same as the Blood Elves. Even that argument is a little faulty because now we have Void Elves.

I used to post as tyrasil and tyrandia, but I’ve decided to stick with Elyssaria. So character swapping isn’t a big deal, just welded you try to present your self as a new person is dishonest no matter who is doing it.

I will search for Kizzan, i don’t stand altposting either, but complaining about someone else posts containing thinly veiled personal attacks when this is basically most of what you do (and snide remarks) sounds hypocritical to me.
My “thinly veiled” insults are as unfathomable as your spam of gifs and passive aggressive snide, only difference is I can take a hit. It was my mistake for thinking I could be snarky around the casual high elf threads with the Zerg of antis.
Don’t worry, I’ll hop on my main account in a week and I’ll make it harder by switching around the characters for ya.
i always try to identify my alts. like hypedspace. organa. trying to think who else…orioni the hunter hehe. oh and earlier, i posted with my belf, Loom
