Just because someone doesn’t agree with your crackpot theories doesn’t give you the right to try and shoo them away from a public forum.

I want to hear his theory for why Liadrin and Aethas were on board.

Away with you.

I’m not ready to die from laughter yet.

Ah the two token Horde on the ship.

So whats your logic for why they are there? Im expecting something amazing.

Ah you’re interested? I’m surprised I thought it was all jeering and mockery.

The first reason is obvious. They’re Horde affiliated.

Liadrin being the most connected to the Light being there makes sense. If anyone should be present it’s her.

I genuinely don’t know why Aethas was there. I mained a Mage and he had significant presence in the class hall (my favorite follower), so I assume he continued as a liaison to Dalaran alongside Khadgar but representative of Horde interests.

Oh and Liadrin was there to gab with Thalyssra about Tyrande evidently.

Oh so wait, the Horde representatives are just there for Horde representation, and nothing else?

So why are we jumping entire eons ahead to defend a theory when the two family members are there because they are family?

(I know the Child of Light and Shadow, but its kinda meh at this point).

The factions are ever present. Liadrin and Aethas on that ship are mostly for Horde representation, with the Alliance representation being the High Elves, interestingly.

Thalyssra wasn’t there.

You mean one being the son of the two missing heroes, and the other being ones sister.

HOW PECULIAR, INDEED

Sorry I meant… what’s his face… that guy.

Here I am trying to have a good discussion with you and you’re going back to jeering and mockery.

What’s your point? The Alliance representation were the High Elves and their presence was outstanding, as opposed to Liadrin and Aethas which were expected cause they are factional… while High Elves are apparently not… so if that’s the case…

Are we back to arguing how High Elves keep representing the Alliance while not being playable? That’s the OP after all.

Because you are showing CLEAR bias: so both Aethas and Liadrin are present because Horde (plus Silgryn, but who cares about him), but the family members of Alleria/Turalyon are there not because they are family…BUT because of some lightforging plot of the high elves.

Dude, get real for a second. This isnt even good logic, because I could further it and say “well, two blood elves are there to learn from the Army of the Light, gaining powers from being near the Lightforged”.

It would have the same amount of backing, since it was around this time when they would get the golden eyes, remember?

No, Im arguing that focusing on the two family members of the two missing heroes as the focal point of Alliance rep is silly. They are family, of course they would be there, I’d have a problem if they werent there.

And what do you mean by Alliance rep? Are we just ignoring Velen, Boros, and the other non-LF draenai as Alliance? Are we just ignoring two LONG FORGOTTEN ALLIANCE HEROES as Alliance rep?

He is ignoring it because it interferes with his HE narrative.

…yeah…the Alliance AR … would be represented by the Alliance faction.

How would that not make sense? … the Nightborne were also present on the ship and they eventually became Horde.

By that logic Lightforged Draenei are on the ship and they were Alliance.

But we didnt even know ARs were a thing in 7.3 Myth.
