Yeah, sounds like if the auto-invite got removed the addon in this thread would be fine and the addon we discussed ad nauseam yesterday is already fine.
I think their exact words were “we don’t want addons that play the game for you”. But they deliberately kind of avoided talking about the LFG Addon.

If this addon becomes extremely popular it will really put me off Classic honestly.
The main reason why I’m planning to play Classic is because i want to stay away from this LFG bs.
I really, really hope the devs destroy this addon ASAP.

Im so annoyed about this. Wouldnt be mad if the creator got banned… stop trying to add shortcuts, that is literally why people want Classic back. If you want LFG, go play retail.

They already said the add-on was fine. So long as it isn’t playing the game for you (ala Decursive and Fury to name a few), it will be fine.
Is that border color the exact same as in vanilla?
A retail player flagging a post that points out facts they do like and do not want to admit?

Maybe a lamp will be half a millimeter to the left of where people remember it being.
There’s really no reason for them to publicly argue with all the anti-LFG people. It already works, they can let it go live and see how it plays out without poking any bears.
It would be a bad PR strategy to bother putting blue attention on a controversial topic that you hope just blows over after release.

Blizzard doesn’t argue. They dictate. If something were going to be broken, they would say that it’s going to be broken.

Aww… that was sarcasm! See the thing is, this was all just more fearmongering garbage, between the OP and the rest of the flimsy “spirit of Vanilla” claptrap despite every one of these functions existing in Vanilla and being used.
You can continue to protest but now its simply for our amusement. You could change it up and whine about something else that shouldn’t be in Vanilla but actually was… but eh y’all are committed. Keep it up!
