So I submitted a ticket, and got a response from a GM Requesting more info.
I uploaded the required info but when I click submit…a white spinning circle appears and the submit button greys out but that’s it…stays stuck like that and doesn’t actually submit anything.
And sometimes when I click my tickets and click on the ticket requesting more info…it redirects me to the Select your Issue page…really weird
Make sure your attachments are following these in particular, as noted on the ticket page.
Acceptable file formats are BMP, GIF, JPG, LOG, PCX, PDF, PNG, REP, SPX, TGA, TXT, SC2REPLAY and STORMREPLAY. You can attach up to 4 files, each no larger than 15MB. If you’re attaching a picture of any documentation with your personal information on it, follow the instructions in our support article.

Yeap they are JPG, there is no error etc…literally just spins the small white circle as if it’s loading but doesn’t actually submit…tried different browser…cleared cache and cookies…nothing…at this point I can’t actually continue my ticket because nothing will load/upload
Tried on my phone and pc

Try also making sure your browser allows scripts, no adware is blocking the blizzard pages, your antivirus and malware protectors are also allowing it, and your OS is up to date.

Yeap it’s all ok…sometimes when I click on My Tickets it says I have none…other times I click it shows me my tickets…when I click on the one requesting more info…it takes me to the Select An Issue page or “Something went wrong on our end” with Error Code c9d2749e-5df8-4207-91dd-c6579e281b97
Try a different browser altogether then.

Tried edge and Firefox. Think it’s a website bug
It’s not a browser issue. I’m having the same problem on Chrome, Brave, Firefox, and mobile. And the in-game ticket response system.
Sometimes my ticket appears in the system; sometimes I have to reload 5-6 times to see it. I can’t reply to it at all. I can’t submit a new ticket.
This is a Blizzard issue that they hopefully fix very soon.

Yes it is. Thank you heaps for verifying this.
Can any blues verify there is a issue with their website and give us a approx time when it will be working again? i want to progress my ticket but cant reply or anything.
Then it should be posted in the Website Bug Report Forum.

yeap i have. no answer on it
Bug reports are a one-way forum. The only time you’ll ever see a Blue post there is if they need more information.
The Blues on this forum are SFAs. They’re not Devs, and only Devs work on bugs. If you’ve posted there, that is all you need to do. It may fix itself, it may not. Perhaps it’s another byproduct of their system being so crazily overloaded right now, who knows.
Perhaps when the staff gets back in in the morning they may be able to verify that the attachment went through or not, but a Blue response is never guaranteed as this forum is one for players to assist other players. It’s not meant as a contact point due to people would be trying to circumvent the proper systems in place.
The only other thing I wonder about though, is if the file you were trying to submit could have been too large. I know that it will bork out in some fashion if it’s too big of an upload, but there isn’t really anything that can be figured out on this side of things. Something you can maybe try to do is create a new ticket (while leaving your original one up) with the uploads, then just edit your original ticket explaining your issue and cross-referencing the new ticket # that has the requested files uploaded. It’s not ideal, but if it gets the files up and accessible, they’ll be there when your ticket gets back up for review.

Ok…yeah i cant even make a new ticket either says Error haha…guess ill just have to wait
i get this message when trying to view my tickets:
Something went wrong on our end
An error has occurred. This may be a temporary error, so please try again later.
Error code: 5756e08d-b73c-4b63-bd52-2bf3baa4bcf5
Oof, it was worth a shot at least.
Actually though, I didn’t see it noted anywhere in the thread here, (and if it did and I miss it, my apologies), but have you tried turning your browser or tab to incognito mode and giving it a shot? Sometimes, for whatever the reason it’ll kind of kick things into working as they should. I’ve seen it suggested for different things in the past revolving around the website. I know I’m kind of pulling things at random here, just trying to think of different things to try to help get your files uploaded in some fashion or another.

Dangit, 0/2. I’m sorry. If I can find or think of anything else, I’ll toss it your way. Worst case scenario, I’ll keep my fingers crossed that an SFA has something to offer if someone else doesn’t pop in with a solution before then.

No problem…thankyou very much!
Edit. weird…i reopened an old ticket and asked them to merge it with the ticket that was requiring more info…and i uploaded the documents to the reopened ticket…and it worked haha. hopefully the GM understands and reads my pending more info ticket and gets the uploads. atleast my docs are uploaded now though!
seems to be a weird bug with that 1 “Need more info” ticket.

You know what? If it works, it works! I do believe I’ve seen it mentioned that when a GM looks at a ticket, they can see all open tickets on the account and tend to merge them together, so as long as you’ve got a ticket open with the files, they should be able to see that they belong with the other ticket. Leave them both open, since the one has been in the system longer and will come up again all the quicker.
