Hopefully you’ll get your ticket responded to and resolved without too much more issue - the wait times aside. ^^
" Something you can maybe try to do is create a new ticket (while leaving your original one up) with the uploads, then just edit your original ticket explaining your issue and cross-referencing the new ticket # that has the requested files uploaded. It’s not ideal, but if it gets the files up and accessible, they’ll be there when your ticket gets back up for review."
This is a work-around for this issue so far.
