Iâm sure that I am looking at the correct page. I have un-installed all PTR versions of WOW and only have Retail and Beta installed. When install any other versions on the list, I get a prompt for WOW1 or WOW2. Why does WOW2 even show up?
I only see one regular license - WoW 1, on the account you are posting under.
You have two Beta licenses which you have logged into very recently, but youâve also logged into your regular one.

Can you please refer to orders US930698270 and US998806614. One is for TWW Prepaid and the other is for a 6-Month subscription using Credit Card.
The big thing with the mount rewards is to qualify your subscription has to be set to renew. If you canceled it wonât qualify. If you do setbup a new sub, you will get billed right away. Or you can purchase the mount separately.

Does that function get affected by changing Credit Cards?
Iâm starting to feel sorry that I paid for the sub and the tww. If I knew I was going to get screwed I wouldnât have spent money on my characters recently either.
It shouldnât if you paused the subscription first, but thatâs relatively new. But in the past removing the billing method did cancel. If your account management page doesnât show a renewal you will not qualify.
I see both of those orders, but neither are a recurring 6 month. The 6 month you did do should have granted the Arborwyrm.

I have an ongoing 12 month sub and I still havent gotten it, Iâve contacted support in game and they just told me there is nothing they can do to help or anything. I checked my account and made sure I was correct about my sub and i checked my claims in my history and I do not see the mount. I am not sure what else to do and I would like some help.
For the sake of asking; did you removed your card info/payment to stop it from auto renewing by chance?
It looks like you currently have a one month subscription running, Impbizkit. From what I can see you did purchase the 12 month subscription on 3/25/24 but about 24 hours after you made that purchase you appear to have switched the subscription to one month so it was no longer set up to renew for the original 12 month.
In order to qualify for the mounts awarded with the 6 or 12 month subscription one of those need to be set up as recurring. Sorry.

Im not sure how that works since I am not paying recurring payments every month and I was definitely charged for the 12 month sub. So I am not sure how it says I dont have to renew my sub until 2025 if I have the recurring. I just went through all my transaction history and I do not see this switch anywhere. Im not sure if there was some sort of mistake in the system but it says in multiple places that I have the 12 month sub and I am not on the single month sub.
What does it show when you click Manage on your license in Account Settings?

You already paid for the 12 months. When you later switched it to the 1 month, you donât get charged again until the 12 month is up. You need to have either a 6 month recurring sub or 12 month recurring sub to qualify for the mounts given for that sub.

The problem im trying to understand is how it got switched to the one month recurring within 24hrs since I paid for package of the 12 month sub. Like i basically paid for the 12 month sub for none of the actual benefit of the 12 month sub. Thats where my confusion really is. But I guess it is what it is at this point since I canât undo anything that was done and I just lose out on the 12 month package but still paid it all.
