I have not received my Charming Courier mount as of yet. I have an active 6 month reoccurring subscription that will be renewing on September 14th. I attempted to open a ticket via the in-game support tool, but the articles given from that are of no help and quite frankly, attempting to navigate that tool is just as aggravating and circular as an automated teleprompt, so I’m posting my issue here. What’s up?
Will you also renew with another 6/12 months? If no, you will not get it. If yes, there should’ve been a little present in the BNET client and then you will find this mount in the retail wow.
It looks like a renewed 6 month, so they qualify.
It does look like it was already awarded to your account though, Prayermonger. Have you checked in the Desktop app? That is where you will initially receive the gift to redeem.
Try completely closing the Battle.net desktop application and reopening it.

I was prompted with an application toast notification stating that I had a reward to claim (Charming Courier mount).
I have the same situation.
You don’t appear to have an active subscription, Dhuntrfrank, it appears it was canceled back in June. It seems you removed your Billing Profile, which is likely why. Removing the billing profile for the subscription usually cancels that subscription. There should have been a warning.
Yeah, usually when we’re given gifts the little Gift Icon at the top of the Battle.net Launcher has a red marking like a diamond right? That showed up for me a week or two ago, but when I clicked on it, nothing was showing and when I click on it now, the pop up is blank.
Edit: I just updated my launcher and the gift loaded in the pop up window now.

Glad to hear it, Payermonger! That might be good advice for anyone else who is experiencing the same thing. Make sure the desktop app is up to date!
I to am having the problem with the mount not showing up for claiming. I have updated my launcher and still nothing.
Just to ask, you have at least a 6 month subscription recently purchased, or have a 6 month subscription set to renew? Could be a 12 month, but for this mount, 6 months is good.
Or buy it from the store?
I also had problems with anything showing up in the gifts window even after updating. Strangely enough, spam clicking around in the blank box fixed it and made the claim popup appear. For me it was a small area near the top center of the blank area.
I can see it’s already been redeemed, Gooseboi. I’m not sure if that happened recently or not, In case not, make sure you toggle the various filters in your collection, you might not be showing all of the ones you own.
This actually solved it for me. I had the gift rewarded for me since the second day the mount was out and there was nothing in the blank window of Bnet.
I activated it spam clicking like you said and it showed up to be claimed.
They really need to fix the window, ty for the tip!
I also have not received the mount. When it came out I had the issue of the blank gift tab, and I assumed it would be fixed/delivered in game.
I just came back from a week vacation, updated my Bnet completely, checked my sub (yearly renewal), and checked my in game filters in the mount tab, and I do not see the mount at all.
I don’t remember ever seeing the actual gift information in bnet, as it always showed a blank gift tab, but now that it is all updated, the gift tab is still blank but no longer has the red notification that I have something new to look at.

Why can I login and play the game and buy things from the blizzard store? Is there a problem with me having two (2) accounts? Please refer to Order Numbers US930698270 AND US998806614 for verification of my FULLY PAID 6-Month subscription and my Pre-Purchase of “The War Within”. So, is the money I use to buy things like tokens and character upgrades going somewhere else? Can SOMEBODY at BLIZZARD please tell me what EMAIL is attached and used for “WOW1” and “WOW2”, both of which appear active when I login. I guess I login with Fxxxxxxx2022@hotmail.com. Please advise soonest of my options. Thank you.

Go into your account and look at your sub. If it isn’t set on auto-renew, then you wouldn’t fall under the requirements for it. AKA, if you stop the auto-renew, with a date for it to renew on its own.
I only see one license on this account.
Are you sure you aren’t looking at the PTR or Beta?
Your WoW 1 is fully upgraded.
I also have not received it yet. When I go to the gifts popout window it says I don’t currently have any gifts. I am on a yearly subscription. My launcher seems to be up-to-date.
Look for an unopened gift on your mount tab.
