Just adding my experience. I got the kite right away, I still haven’t received my Feldrake. I have just submitted a ticket.
Still haven’t gotten my drake
I claimed my Feldrake Mount 7 days ago (as shown in Twitch) and I’m still yet to receive it.
I’m in the same boat, attempted a ticket and they marked it resolved while noting common issues for the Dragon-flight expansion launch.
It wont even let me submit a ticket about this. Just keeps redirecting to the page thats basically “hey doofus link your accounts” but, they are. It was claimed. I got my kite just fine. Claimed the feldrake in the initial first wave exactly 4 hours after it went live… still not in my account.
Still no Feldrake, a GM contacted me and told me they are aware and working on it, but dont know when it will be fixed. Why does this take so long? Just have us verify we were eligible and did everything correctly, and give us our mount. Is it that hard?
I suppose as long as they’re working on it then we just have to wait. Give it another week then submit another ticket. Haven’t gotten mine yet either.
How would people verify they were eligible?

Yes, sure, except, they can literally trace back per account if it’s actually linked. for something digital like this that screenshots would be the easiest way to prove.
I got the notification that the mount had been put into my tab (but i already had it, so i have no way of knowing if the duplicate was given). They could have at least given me one to sell, or even a grey vendor item to commemorate the event lol

Surely you don’t believe that the BEST way to approach this issue, is to have every person who didn’t get the drop, submit 3 screenshots, then have someone manually verify the information, and then hand out the mounts?
I mean the more evidence the better. You first make the argument well screenshots could be faked. I point out they can verify it as well via your account that it’s linked then you try to make an argument then why submit anything? With your logic they should just give everyone the mount. Now what should be done is figure out what’s causing the delay and issue and push a correction.

Sorry but it is still in the mail. The postal service has been slow lately. Give it 5-10 business days. Call us if you still don’t have it by then. Thanks for being a customer of BLIZZARD!
So, they just updated us and said they’re investigating still, and there’s no other info.
I’d like a crystal clear response on whether they’ll fix this bug or not.
Saying they are looking at reports and there’s no ETA on a fix merely implies a fix and isn’t cutting it for me.
I’m quite disappointed. It’s been over 11 days already.
Not sure if this is the most impactful thread to post this in, since I don’t really frequent the forums, but I’ve also been waiting for my feldrake (claimed 11 days ago, but the mount hadn’t shown up in my mount journal). I’ve been patient, but I had kinda given up on receiving it in any sort of timely manner.
So tonight, I decided to make a Zandalari paladin sort of out of the blue. When I logged her in? I received the pop-up that I had something to unwrap in my mount journal and BOOM. There was my feldrake. So if you have at least one allied race unlocked, I would suggest making a new character with one to see if you also get the pop up. I hope this works for you! <3
I just received mine too! And so did many others. Apparently Blizzard has started sending the Feldrake to those that didn’t receive it, though I am yet to receive the Dragon Kite, so it seems it’s just the Feldrake for now.
