So yes everything is connected before you ask. been 34 hours still have not recieved my fel drake. also in the mounts tab if you search feldrake it doesnt even show that there is a mount called fel drake? any clues here?

This happened to me but not for 34 hours.
I had to logout, close the game completely, and restart the game before it showed up.
I got my drake immediately (or at least when I logged in that day vs when I claimed it in the morning). The kite literally took a week and after I made a ticket, it got marked as resolved with me being given no help other than some links of âcommon pre patch problemsâ, and no pet until, like I said, it just magically showed up Saturday.
So really just give it time and hope. If you got the pet, itâs probably just a timing issue but I imagine there is no way any ticket is going to go through now with the expansion itself and itâs issues keeping Blizzard busy.

Is there a fix for this yet? Iâm having the same problem.

So just confirming:
- You connected your Twitch account.
- You watched a stream with drops enabled and received a notification saying âYou are now eligible to get Feldrake Mount for World of Warcraft. To get your loot, claim your Drop by December 3rd (+time) on the Inventory pageâ.
- You went there and clicked claim and logged into retail account that is connected to your twitch and have checked over 36 hours.
If youâve doubled check all those then the next step would be to go for a support ticket.

Iâve done all those things. I even received my dragon kite. Since then I have changed nothing on my twitch. Claimed my Feldrake 2 days ago, and still no drake. Twitch shows I claimed itâŚ

Iâm in the same boat man⌠Had to open a ticket :/.
This is what fixed it for me. Yes, it sucks, you gotta stream another four hours, but considering I opened tickets, only for them to be instantly closed with no response, I wasnât going to risk CS to fix it.
Same for me, itâs been over 60 hours and nothing yet. I even disconnected and reconnected my twitch account like some people suggested and I still donât have it.
My ticket was closed without anyone looking at it too.

I tried this and it still didnât work, even after claiming it 
So i sent a ticket last night. They did not close my ticket and they did respond. They are aware of the issues and are working on fixing it. They suggested relinking my twitch account. they were helpful and are aware of the problem. For now its just a wait untill it is fixed thingâŚis what it is

they replied in less than 8 hours for me i dunno
Iâm also stuck in this position. I waited almost 72 hours before submitting a ticket. A couple hours later, it was auto-resolved with a list of âhelpful linksâ. Given what Iâm seeing in this thread, it looks like it is hit-or-miss and to wait a bit longerâŚ
I just wondering why there is such a big issue getting this mount and pet out to the player base I would of thought most of it was done by the computer system though links though out the system⌠the kite for me took about 13 hrs to get once claimed and the Drake took like 3 secs from when I claimed it in Twitch and the Battle pet I got in less then 10 mins from paying for the subs to the Streamer I picked.
It has been 4 days and still no mount. My wife got hers right away. I got all the other items so I know it is not an issue with my Twitch connection.

Hello, I have support ticket US88710175 opened up on this subject. My twitch account is attached and over 7 days old. When the kite was available to claim I had it the next day. However this mount itâs not working. I have it claimed in twitch a screenshot attached in the ticket. Do we have any update on what is going on regarding this?
I keep getting generic responses from GMâs, meanwhile still no drakeâŚWhat do we do, and isnt the event done now?
