I sincerely believe trying to sweep the harassment behind the veil of blocking and hiding chat isn’t going to do much in solving your particular problem.

I don’t mean to make it sound like you are doing anything wrong, because you aren’t, but depending on what type of harassment this is, and severity, i strongly suggest that you take a more direct approach.

Unblock the people harassing you, because what you want to do is screen-capture what they are typing to you as documentation.

When documenting be as polite as possible on your end; ask questions, but don’t engage in whatever form of harassment they are throwing towards you.

Be specific, names, dates, and most of all, again I repeat, documentation is key.

Remember, this maybe a video game environment, but you are a human-being, and so are they, and harassment at any level is subject to the Terms of service.

If you follow their suggestion then you might as well not waste Blizzards time by reporting it since they are not going to consider it harassment.

unblocking them makes it not harassment
replying back makes it not harassment
you don’t need to document anything, Blizzard has the chat logs. The only thing you need to do is submit a ticket every single time they contact you. every single time.

In the end I can 100% assure you that they will be actioned and if they do it after that they will be permanently banned from the game on that account. I know this from personal experiences.
