Why are the hardcore servers the only servers down right now

We have many more steps to take with Hardcore during a full patch update like this one. Those steps are all focused on finding any issue that has even a remote chance of causing players to die. If we find such an issue, we go through a whole process of understanding it, reproducing it, designing a fix, testing the fix, and applying the fix before we open Hardcore realms publicly. I think they goofed up the tag - now showing as PvE, You can see that they mean for them to go under the Classic Era tab, but they should be tagged as Hardcore, not PvE. They are hopefully in full swing fixing this.

New WoW Classic Anniversary realms will go live on November 21 at 2:00 p.m. PST. In each region, the realms will be:

• Mol’dar’s Moxie (Normal)

My concern is they haven’t mentioned anything about Hardcore Servers being down longer than expected. Makes me think something may have gone wrong.

It’s bizarre because this patch doesnt affect the 2 HC servers yet they were down for the patch and now dont exist based off the realm selection screen.
