And I play Horde. I can’t think of a more deserving faction to be camped in warmode while the Alliance is rewarded for it. The “git gud” faction is now endlessly complaining as per usual that they actually die sometimes in World PvP. Over the years playing Horde I’ve noticed Horde has a LFR mindset. They want things to come to them easy with no challenge involved to it and the moment anything disrupts their easy mode faction experience they rush to the forums to complain about it. The Horde population consists of people who know the faction is easy mode and that’s why when any challenge presents itself they do not like it and believe they are somehow being slighted by Blizzard.

challenging is fine. 1v2 or 1v3 hell even 1v5 you can run away half the time. being endlessly camped by 20+ players is not challenging its impossible. especially when they have 3-4 dedicated healers. but then again your a rogue what would you know about challenging. only class that takes less skill is huntards.

You don’t think the Horde has ever killed someone 20v1 before in World PvP? Horde love to do that stuff but the moment they are on the other end of it they complain thinking there is some inherent unfairness against them. They can’t take an L and move on.

Horde always wins!!” so now all these kids be making my BG que long, crying’ in the forums when world pvp actually becomes a challenge, teens fanboying’ over their edgy warchief etcetera… I want the real Horde back.

The real horde are STILL in warmode and pvp everyday. The HORDE who turned it OFF were just there for the FREE ride.
KNOW WHATS FUNNY? The excuse is the 400 ILVL GEAR, the HARSH TRUTH IS they cant HANDLE getting farmed by ALLIANCE at every other flight point because ITS impossible to QUEST.
This just proves the HORDE MENTALITY for the free easy rides, IS THIS WHAT WE BLOODY DO? Turn off WARMODE? when alliance turns it on?

As a Horde player I can agree that there are some Horde who can’t handle a challenge. There are those who want things given to them for free, but there is some truth to some posts on War Mode forums by Horde players.
I personally love WPvP. Without the incentive I’d still do WPvP, but I’m also for the idea that the incentive is required to get people to want to participate in War Mode, (in particular, I’m talking about the 10% or 30% buff) and it’s not bad as it does make up for time lost. I enjoy a challenge, so I don’t mind having to work for the 10%. Something I used to do in Legion with my friend Ricros was go into Stormwind and kill the auctioneers and provoke players to attack us. Just the two of us, mind you, and would have a blast fighting 2v8 or 2v10 and win. (the WPvP in Legion actually allowed this due to the way power scaling worked)
To this day, I have no problem fighting 2v4, or 2v5 with a friend, but not against an entire raid group of 20+ players. I don’t like how the game has shifted into a, “you need more players than the other to win a fight” and preferred Legion WPvP where numbers didn’t matter. Continuing the topic of incentives, I personally think it was stupid of Blizzard to give Alliance heroic gear on a quest, for two reasons. One, heroic gear is too high. Players hadn’t even finished Heroic Dazar’alor, yet here they are giving the ilvl 400 pieces out. Two, for 25 kills? It’s stupid too, considering someone can get a raid group together, split it into party groups, and kill players together like that for an easy reward.
While I’m sure there are other Horde who love to do that, if you take a look at the recent Q&A, Ion says that the War Mode population at the beginning was actually close to even between Horde and Alliance. The was a problem with their sharding technology though that caused there to be more Horde in a shard than Alliance, and therefore, Alliance had started to turn it off while Horde started to turn it on more.
The thing I don’t like about some Alliance posts I see is that whenever a Horde complains about a large raid group, they just say, “get a raid group together.” yet they didn’t do this themselves when the sharding technology was off, they instead received a bonus for it.
I think both sides are guilty personally because of this. I’d like to see solutions addressing these issues for both factions instead of spiteful remarks.

i didnt say the horde never did the same thing. there are toxic people out to ruin everyone elses fun every where.
but just to prove a point when the tirasgarde sound incursion started earlier i logged onto a toon i havent played since basically bfa launch week. who was 320 ilvl, a disc priest. went picked up the AOO quest, never joined a party or group just went to one of the wq area and hit holy nova for 45 minutes while watching prom and beating off. I never died once. i got all 25 kills i needed for the quest and had a bounty on my head.
thats how unskilled and unchallenging the welfare gear alliance is getting. btw it was an azerite peice of gear that i didnt even have enough levels of azerite to unlock the first trait.

I scrapped mine. Wasn’t really enough of an upgrade from my 385. Really only a ilvl upgrade to be quite honest.
Keep the quest and make it be either a conquest and honor reward. But to be quiet honest I would wpvp even if there were no rewards.

I have to disagree with you here. As I was part of many counter raid groups, prior to 8.1 release. Also If recall you were one that showed dislike to the A/N for doing this very same thing. Am I correct?

Lol. Go kill ivgus and get some 400 loot bud. We did have same boost at a higher risk. But that’s what makes wpvp fun the not knowing what’s coming(well I am rouge so I always know). I love how you are hating on the smaller faction. That like going to a Angel’s home game a being upset that you found a few Ranger fans.
