Six month subs are good for a year?!? I gotta get a six month sub.
J/K I know it’s a typo.

Brf was 6.0 content but you couldn’t access it until Feb 3, 2015.

I don’t think there will be cuts but the bean counters do see where money goes for raids.
Is raid participation up or down this expansion? Is Alliance side raiding struggling?
Doomsayer and clickbait is how he gets views.
I also did quit after only 2 months of shadowlands. Got all the conquest gear and got bored already… Went back to classic . WoW classic is the only version that I actually played 10+ strait months of daily or almost gaming sessions.
as I mentioned in my previous comment, compared to other games, i.e. EvE Online, FFXIV, Entropia, etc… WoW’s hundreds or Thousands is pretty trivial.
Literally in these games there are transactions in the tens of thousands, hundred of thousands, and games like Entropia, there have even been mullti-million dollar transactions.
I agree returning to the old ways to keep the world more relevant is better than scaling at level cap.
Exactly. Many thought that it was 6.1 content
No I like level scaling. Just the ilvl scaling needs to go.
I Just re-subbed this weekend but has nothing to do with retail (no plans to even buy SL) and everything to do with BC classic being announced - better class design and no scaling and the hope of a LK classic coming out later too (really would be nice to play a decent designed hunter class again *although for me MOP design would be best, but I enjoyed most classes during MOP and played my most alts then).
Blizzard employees who wanted to steer the emotional direction of a thread or tide in the client base would not go around just disagreeing or discrediting critics because that would not do them any favors. It would just entrench people in their positions and at the same time erode their credibility.
If you wanted to created some different energy, you’d need to be slicker about it. You’d need to promote yourself as a critic, then incorporate views once in a while supportive of the game. That’s how you shift things.
Yeah, I used to be subscribed for a few months, because a video youtube suggested was pretty interesting. It became clear very quickly that his titles were clickbait, because the actual discussions were kid-gloved.
Hence why I never said patch 6.1 (didn’t forget that), I was going by count of weeks past into the expansion. Much like Nighthold. That is 7.0 content but wasn’t released until one week after 7.1.5.
If i were a Blizzard employee, I wouldnt’ even play the game… everyone knows that most developers don’t even play the game.
We constantly see the same argumentative responses from the same posters in support of Blizzard, which seem to reflect the devs’ thinking.
Want to click to see how he stole sub numbers from Blizzard but also don’t want to fall victim to clickbait
The majority of Blizzard employees are not devs.
Blizzard provides a free account for every employee. Given the understaffing and the workload, it is doubtful many play.
same thing. majority of employees probably have zero interest in warcraft other than it provides a paycheck for a job that they probably despise.
It’s like when I use to work for Target, even though I worked for target, i still did all my shopping on Amazon. cause yeah last thing i wanna do when I am not at work is to be reminded of work and shop at a job that i despised
I still have to April 30th. Haven’t resubbed. Might if my friend convinces me for Classic–but I haven’t played since like early January.
I bought a 6-month sub.
