7/9 Aberrus Mythic
Raid Schedule: Tu & Wed 10pm-12:30am Eastern / 9pm-11:30pm Central / 7pm-9:30pm Pacific
Dadcore is a guild where members cooperate to achieve goals while having fun and wearing New Balance sneakers. Performance is constantly monitored, Mythic+ keys must be run every week, and common Mythic progression expectations exist. However, this is just a game and we understand that life comes first.
We are progressing well into Mythic. We do not define success by achieving CE, but are pushing hard. We do not plan to extend our 5-hour schedule. Most of our members have full-time jobs, families, and other commitments.
Why didn’t the guardian druid fill his weekly vault?
Because he did the bear minimum.
Priorities:
- Grow an inclusive community where we can play games and have fun together
- Growing friendships over progression and winning
- Mythic raiding progression according to raider interest
Culture:
- Middle aged adults with jobs and families
- People who want to play video games to relax and have fun
- Still want to be successful and achieve some progress
- Teach each other and learn together to become effective players of your class(es) & role(s)

Raid Roadmap:
- DONE Start with Heroic difficulty on 5/9/23 (Aberrus release day)
- DONE Achieve AOTC by 6/19/23 (six resets)
- DONE Begin Mythic progression at some point in early June 2023
- DONE Down 6+ Mythic bosses by October 2023 (maybe CE depending on team)
- NEW Pushing for CE in Aberrus
Raider Expectations:
- With cross-server/faction Mythic open, we accept trials from any server/faction
- Consistent attendance (75%+ required)
- Show up on time for raids
- Discord with microphone
- Be prepared for raids (consumables, enchants, etc)
- Preliminary research of fights if you haven’t seen them before (videos are shared in Discord)
- Complete 4x M+ keys every week (key level req ramps up over expansion)
- Main character in guild on Area 52
- Invites and attendance are in Discord

- Deadly Boss Mods or BigWigs
- RCLootCouncil
- Method Raid Tools
- Weak Auras
Raid team recruitment Needs:
- Tank: Closed
- Melee DPS: Closed
- Ranged DPS: Mage
- Healer: Closed
- Always willing to consider exceptional candidates!
- Always need strong M+ players!
Loot Rules:
- BOE rules: If you are going to equip the item, you must do so immediately. If you are going to sell it: you will trade the item to an officer and the guild will put the item on the AH. We will split the return 50% to the guild bank and 50% to the person who got the drop.
- We use this gold to provide raid consumables and guild repairs for raiders.
- Loot is distributed according to Officer Loot Council.
- Our goal is for all members to get loot. We want people to feel good about getting loot as we all progress together.
- We review attendance and performance.
- We reward overall contribution to the guild (M+, Guild Bank, Mats, etc.)
