Again, I am sorry that our personalities clashed and you had a bad time in the raid. Despite the anger behind your posts, I am listening to the message, and I am working to improve the way I work in the team. Just today we got a few more people in to fill spots, and everyone seemed to have a good time.
I hope that news helps you understand that the way you left did resonate with me one way or another. I wish you all the best in your future adventures on WoW.
Iâm not good at writing but since Iâm like the main catalyst here I should probably say something. My main frustration with the raid team really wasnât the people or anything like that. I Just really wanted to heal lol.
I knew I was not the oldest healer but I did start to heal at the beginning of CN and pretty much through the last half of the tier (though I never got to kill Sire on this toon). By the end of the tier (once I already filled out my raid sheet) I found out that the guild leader wanted to heal as a holy priest, voodoo said that my co healers (love them btw) already had a garneted spot, and the raid lead said said that you wanted to âdiversifyâ healers since we would have 3 priests (even though I was a disc priest). For some reason you also said disc priest was going to be bad for some reason idk why.
So of course I got frustrated with it. I wouldâve been fine if it was based on skill or utility or pretty much anything rather then what actually happened. What happened was that the guild leader replaced me, not because theyâre a really good healer or that they have a utility that we need, it was because they wanted to heal. So their wants was put over me, if they wanted to tank they wouldâve taken the tank spot and shooed off any tanks that were already there, I would say it was at best it was a abuse of their position as the guild leader to do what ever they wanted. I felt like even though I was there every week for raid, I was a pretty decent disc priest, I also brought unique utility, and one of the best specs in the game. I was the first one they replaced to put in the guild leader. In the first week one of the four healers needed to do life stuff and couldnât heal. Instead of asking me yaâll put in another mist weaver monk. With all that together why wouldnât I be mad.
I was fine with playing dps, but I was not having fun as dps. Pretty much after the first week I was bored and my hands started to hurt (thanks fury lol). This mightâve been when I was elitist I guess? I think this is when I tried to help out our warrior tank because I also played warrior tank. If youâre talking about when I tried to help out the guild leader with flash conc then idk dude, they didnât know how it worked they had double the amount of flash heals than regular heals. The raid leaders also brought the rules in that we should speak to them if someone needs help but the person who needed help was the last person who someone could ask to ya know improve, itâs very clear two healers that are carrying.
That raid night I lashed out was actually the last raid before I left the guild, when you said âevery one needs to put in workâ I actually could not stand it. I felt you were passive aggressive the whole time I knew you. If you really could not see this a mile away youâre an idiot or and just donât pay attention. It happened in cn so I shouldâve known it wouldâve happened again.
I love the people in guild, I love my dungeon buddies especially, and I, one of the few legendary members, put a lot of time into the guild. At the end of the day I was not having fun with it.
Hopefully yaâll can learn something instead of trying to blame me for some reason.
Tldr: significant bias in selecting people and I didnât like it

So I wanted to point out a few things.
Has any attempt been made by guild leadership to speak to Kilxx outside of this forum to ask if Methial was even their character? Methial never claimed to be anyone in Kilxx/Hushbrewâs friend group. I personally do not know who this person is.
I believe Hushbrew was initially responding to the below forum post. No one I am personally familiar with posted the initial complaint that this was a response to. Hushbrew was frustrated that we took steps to leave quietly and things like this are being talked about in a public space.
I feel letting guild members post things like this is kind of a red flag. It makes me feel that people in this guild were speaking about someone behind their back when they are not in a place to defend themselves. I find this very heart breaking and frustrating.
A lot of us left quietly and then this post was brought to our attention. I myself spoke to one officer before I left and said that I didnât want to leave during peak time as I didnât really want to talk to anyone about it and start rumors. I purposely didnât want something like this to happen. I was a legendary member myself; I put in a lot of time and effort in to this guild in my off time. I had tried to make a home here.
TL:DR - No one in the group of friends that I know of made the initial complaint. Hushbrew was expressing frustration that some of us were getting dunked on in a public forum when we had up until this point, made every attempt to be civil and go through the proper channels.

Welcome to Achievement, where weâll publicly mention irrelevant drama and demonize multiple people AGAIN under assumptions with no attempt to find actual facts. Not only will we tell new members a very biased side of the story,weâll let some random new person who isnt involved post about it! weâll lie about being available to dm despite having a status for months saying ânot to message about Achievementâ, weâll blame you for not reaching out when other guild leadership tells you your issues arent real and to stop being dramatic. weâll go so far as to blame the victim of bullying because they were sassy when they stood up for themselves. The guild leadership will still find away to divert blame and make themselves the victims while absolving themselves of any responsibility, even when they drag innocent people into a public forum and insult them. I see nothing has improved since our leave.

I am in constant amazement of how our leaders can come up with weekly and monthly events. I sometimes look back at when I was playing WoW on a PvP server where it was âdog-eat-dogâ we never really cared about each other. It is a stark difference from what I have experienced on WRA and with Achievement. Never have I been in a guild where we have all collectively cried, laughed and yelled togetherâŠI love the respectful atmosphere where we can actually disagree on things and still have strong relationships each other!
We have a Guild cook out being thrown this sunday by one of our most esteemed members, Refill, they literally make food, we all stand our characters in a food line⊠jump in the voice chat and I RP as the boujie aunt, some RP as the cousins and other dysfunctional members of the family that you would find at a cook out⊠We have the most fun and I want everyone to experience that with us. I love to welcome new members into the fun, so if my statement moves you, and you happen to need a new guild home, check this guild out. Achievement is an experience all its own!

Iâve had an amazing time in Achievement. The people are great and always willing to socialize and hang out. Iâm not always active nor do I talk much but everyone is still there for me when I hop online. Itâs a very active guild and I never want to leave a nice community like this.
I totally agree with this statement. This guild has been the most fun guild Iâve been in. The events are always a lot of fun. Can always find someone to run something with. I highly recommend this guild to anyone.
