ok, further update (after much messing around with getting toons into the guild, etc).
This toon (the GM of the guild I moved from rexxar to proudmoore), I can now open the menu guild/communities and actually see the guild. Adding the couple toons from my old account must have pushed something forward.
There are still many issues going on, the GM can not list the guild, but a toon on the second account could. seems a bit odd. The other issues I’m finding are related to inviting other toons, and permisions/ranks. keep seeing / getting errors over rank in use when I try to reapply authenticator required for a rank. As all the toons are on the same bnet account (and unless I’m second windowing the other account) no ranks should be ‘in use’.
So yes it looks like somethings are getting better, but over all the functionality of some things are still broken. (good thing I’m retired and can spend time jimmying around to investigate. lol)
I Boosted another character who was in my Guild, and he was still able to access the Guild tab afterwards, so I’d say that this is fixed for me. Thank you so much Blizzard!

So I have received word back this morning that all guilds should be healed up at this point.
We’re going to keep this thread open though, and watch for any new reports in case there are edge cases or different issues not caught in the original fix/repair.
If you’re still experiencing issues, info that would be helpful:
- Character name / realm
- Name of the guild

Ok, final update 
It’s been 5 days since we saw that all guilds should be healed up now. We asked those who had an open ticket to let us know if they were still experiencing issues and I asked here for anyone who was to share their info.
It has been quiet on both fronts so it seems we’re in the clear here on this incident. I’m going to go ahead and close the topic now. If you’re experiencing issues seeing/using your guild, please feel free to open a new thread for general troubleshooting.
