I gave up caffeine about 6 months ago. (Well, in coffee form). I am actually more alert during the day and wake up more refreshed. I still drink decaf, mind you.

I’m totally caffeine free. I even gave up chocolate because it has like 1/10millionth of a gram of caffeine in it. The headaches were borderline murderous.

Grits with some butter and real bacon bits or loads of butter and sugar. Oatmeal has to be Cinnamon and brown sugar plain with sugar is :nauseated_face:.
