The EU bug forums have you there. I don’t know what the difference is, but they’ve had multiple reassurances whereas us scrubs on this side of the pond are kinda SOL.
I have 5 or 6 myself, across both factions, two accounts and a few servers.
I saw someone on this thread saying they have over 80 guilds. So, yeah, this might take a while.
So I went looking, and as of five hours ago in one of the EU threads:
Different teams work on different issues. It’s not like the entire dev team has to dedicate themselves to one issue at a time. Visual bugs are handled by different people than things like the guild bank.
Why can’t they just post this on the NA forums too… if you have different forums but updates to issues why not post the same update on all the forums? So what now I have to go check EU, NA, SA, and ASIA forums just to check for any update? I play NA why would I go to other forums looking for anything?
I feel the same when they post stuff on Twitter and not in their own forums.
People without a Twitter account cannot see the posts.
We have to rely on other WoW users to relay the Twitter post into the general forums or else where.

My bank that was unaffected was the one most of my Remix characters were in. My hardest hit had no Remix characters. So, I don’t think it’s a likely reason.
It would be an absolutely EPIC birthday present if they restored all the items today cuz today is my birthday!

IMO they need to find another platform to post on. Twitter is not only no longer a legitimate site, it’s outright malicious and dangerous to visit even anonymously. The only way to make it “safe” is to use a secure browser, on a virtual machine that has never been used for anything else, and then put that behind a VPN in a country you’re not in.
Don’t forget the gallons of intellectual bleach required.

Seems like they have a perfectly good platform to post on… like… right here! Ya know, in their OWN forums! They could even make a separate forum called “Twitter Blue Posts”.

Going on over two weeks, STILL little to no communication, very disappointing. I have stuck to my word and have not touched the new expansion, even though I had early access. A bug like this ruins the game for many of us. 90% of my guild banks items gone…
Items are missing from my guild bank, every single tab
Since prelease launch (Aug 22) for TWW, my guild bank (I am the GM) have been nearly cleared out of all items - hundreds of thousands if not, millions of gold worth of mats, enchants, items, etc. I’ve been trying to send a ticket about this but it has been a nightmare getting to the point where I can put in a ticket about this. Does Blizz know this issue? Is there a fix for it? When can we expect to get all of my/our hard fought and earned items back collected over such a long period of time?
They’re aware, it’s just that they’re really only communicating about it over in the EU bug forums.
