Guild banks missing contents with no withdrawls listed

So, been digging through reports. Apparently this is a new issue that has sprouted up since the last update. Being looked into. Sorry for any confusion. Sometimes it takes a bit of time for new emerging issues. If anyone has any further details they can add, that thread in bugs Alii linked would be an excellent place to keep it together.
