Filtered probably the wrong word. And yes, it would be through a CM posting rather than a Moderator. (You blues all look the same to me )
So⊠from the information you have access to⊠are they really close to a resolution to this issue as was suggested in this thread? Are they close to a resolution of the deleted mains issue?
Far more often than they do now. But regardless, itâs certainly a lot more than â2 or 3 times in 18 years.â I personally had an interaction with a dev (many years ago) that was more than 2 or 3 posts back and forth.
Our blues, whether they knew or not how close the devs were to fixing a problem, would not disclose that information to us. As explained before, we have forgotten what ETA means. So, to prevent the whole, why isnât it here like promised, headache, the devs will patch it in when itâs ready, and then the announcement will be made.

Then where did this come from:
I doubt Perl would just make that up.
The post came from the bug report forums. Someone copied the response from a ticket they submitted, where the GM said they were hopefully close to a resolution.
In the huge thread about this in that forum weâre getting lots of posts. Some posting what the CS agents are posting in the EU region. Some posting their ticket responses. The latest official blue response is âitâs still being worked on and we do not know when it will be resolvedâ.

So is that confirmation of something? If it is, then great!! But if itâs not⊠if itâs just placating the customer (which does have its value in these situations), then maybe âno end in sightâ isnât all that far off.

TBH, Pooh Bear, all I want to hear is, âThis is a hard bug to fix, and we are finding challenges along the way; we are working as hard as we can to fix this and get it right without breaking more things.â Thatâs enough for me.

Thatâs pretty honest, for sure. âWeâre really sorry,â would be a good addition, too.

Dont even need an apology, as these kinds of things often donât show their ugly heads until us players are unleashed on the new systems.

The blues on the EU forums are posting regular updates. Itâs probably a legal requirement there due to consumer protection laws. But there really isnât any new information to share other than âtheyâre working on itâ.

I reported this while ago 3 guildbanks full all gone . 20 years of items missing. nothing but total fix is acceptable or im done. gold farmers doing testing seems to not work very well. 2 weeks into lost items and been told not to put anything into Guildbank when im running 50+ toons. might be time to stop giving bliz money and time since they hinder game experience.

Has there been an official reply on what to do with the guild bank meanwhile?
As in, can I still use it, or should I not touch it? I used a personal guild as a shared bank, and before starting to play the new expansion, I want to know if Iâll be able to use it. I donât want to fork over all my gold for the new tabs in the warbank just yet if I can avoid it.
Nothing been lost or deleted its all hidden just got to be patient.

I have not seen anything official suggesting we not use the banks while we wait.
Just adding my voice to this issue; itâs happened to me too. Hoping this gets resolved. When all this started, I took screenshots of all my personal guild bank tabs (just in case), and after weeks of not being able to bring myself to look, I just checked it yesterday, and now everything is goneâŠ

Is there any type of update on this problem? My guildâs bank is still showing empty as of today.
