Its a required nerf and about time! That being said, why the frick do dps warriors still have spell reflect in shadow lands PVP? That needs to go or changed to work so it can’t reflect spells that are already traveling in motion. Kind of makes gpie build obsolete.
Recently in BG’s I have found F Mages struggling to let off GPies.
The spell is so infamous now , that everyone and their mother is ready with interrupts , CC , stuns whatever to prevent it .
There was a ally F Mage in a BG yesterday who I saw try to let a Gpie off atleast 10 times in a row with it being stopped every time .
I wish i could get those kind of groups because literaly every bg i have had within the past 2 weeks has had 2 or more fire mages and they just destroy the team
hell i even had a twin peaks with 5 fire mages today
I am probably luckily getting the bad Mages alts who keep on trying to only spam one button .

Just had another warsong with the same problem shadowlands cant get here soon enough shouldnt have to wait till then for the nerf
For me the main problem are the Destro Locks . Atleast Mages you can keep on hitting them. With locks every second spell is a fear and their health never seems to go down .
ye destro locks are just as bad as fmages esp now that corruption vendor is now a thing
Had a lock on the opposing team yesterday in the brawl … 13 KB’s , top damage , zero deaths . 4 of his KB’s were on me as I had the misfortune of tangling with him all game . Finally started running away from him . He was hitting with CB’s 150 to 200 k all game . CB, CB, Fear , CB, CB…
Sounds bout right from warlocks these days i have seen some hit way higher as well

Yeah, provided that combust isn’t stolen or dispelled, paired with an essence that won’t be around in a few months.
Not defending gpie in its current state but fire is gonna need some help in SL.
Opened my mouth and jinxed myself … literally every game I played tonight had multiple Fire Mages . Spamming Gpie for all corners .

They are like roaches they are everywhere I see them more then anything else atm. I only had 1 random today that had zero fire mages and it was the best 1 I had all day

Destro locks slip under the radar more easily too, with no loud shields or bright spell effects. They’ll be standing there slinging chaos bolts like a casino employee deals cards knocking out people left and right while they’re distracted chasing down the fire mage and demon hunter.
