Grats to everyone on their Tyrael's Charger. However

Well they did do that farewell tour of that sandwich recently so it may be gone for good now…but it is McDonalds so who knows if they’re being honest here

Funny, I don’t recall that promotion stating “For a decade” anywhere.

By your standard, this statement is a personal attack, in addition to some of your previous statements. You have no principles, you just have an unhealthy obsession with being correct as a way of validating yourself to soothe what I have to assume is severe personal trauma.

No, it’s not. Respect is earned. You seem to be conflating the act of being respectful with having respect. What a world you live in.

Ah, this partially explains it. You’re the civilian equivalent of a Dependa.

You said that last time but you keep coming back. Shoo, fly.

I know I have the mount … but I’m just not sure if I’ve ever actually used it once in all those years.

imagine comparing a $5 piece of fast food with a $40 game promotion. no one cares if the mcdonald promotion comes back because that fast food wasn’t intended to have an long term benefit.

Welp as long as none of you unsub etc…over this I can see them continuing to bring more of these old paid promotional mounts back, I, for one, can’t wait for the swift spectral to return.

Why weren’t you in the first place?

It doesn’t matter - blizzard can do what they want but people can also decide they shouldn’t trust anything blizzard says anymore and act accordingly.

IMagine comparing actual food to a digital item that has no scarcity so them bringing it back really doesn’t hurt them.

It’s only available until January 2nd.

This has been one of the most requested mounts I imagine.

Aye, but I still don’t get it. The thing is so ugly.

yes I know - the comparison was dumb but I am not the one who started making it.

It goes well with paladins and ive wanted it forever for my paladin.

Comparison wasn’t dumb because it literally compares promotional limited time only use for companies. They will always say “limited time only” but unless the company goes under, always assume limited time just means you get it first for a limited time until it comes back.

Almost every company that uses limited time always brings back the limited time item out to get cash and put it back in the vault later.

It’s disingenuous. Just like everything else blizz does. They devalue everything eventually, because when they’ve bled exclusivity dry, they cheapen it by putting a flat price tag on it. Long story short – never EVER buy any package because of an exclusive mount or a pet. Because it’s not real. Hell, I’d go so far as to say don’t bother busting your a*s earning a hard to get mount, because eventually it’ll become either easy to obtain or purchasable. Profit over all else. Period.

Yes, that is literally every company ever. Limited time usually just means a limited time it being exclusive.

Made sure to get mine before it disappears again this time may be forever and I for one am glad Blizzard did this for those of us who didn’t have a chance last time and hope they do it with other TCG stuff.

oh so it isn’t dumb now  :woman_facepalming:

You know, now that you link the sources, the wording really wasn’t clear.

All they said was, in an article published after the promotion, that the mount was an exclusive for it.

It’s never mentioned as exclusive in the actual promotion.

Keep calling others clown. The only dumb part was you comparing food to a digital item. I’m comparing, now, the promotional stuff. You put the inflation of a digital item in dollar terms for an actual item.

What I’m saying, comparing the promtions is exactly what companies always have done. Limited time literally just means a limited time for exclusive until it goes back into the vault until they bring it out again.

This is Disney classic movies 101. For a limited time, own the little mermaid on blu ray. 10 years later, they do it again.
