I guess we’ll have to agree to disagree. I’ve admitted both were bad design but I believe both have been blown way out of proportion and neither were game breaking. I’ll leave it at that.

True it was bad design to put a minimum ilvl when alliance got warfronts. But honestly raid level gear is even worse. At least they are lowering it.
I like this WM allie bonus. On my shard theres zero horde. So we get 30% xp, then i’ll be getting 400 ilvl gear too?! All for selecting the second pve mode for allie. This is amazing. horde sucks allie for life on the free rollercoaster of loot and leveling.
The gear horde got on alts with no ilvl requirement from WFs was raid level gear…
I thought that was pretty dumb as well. I guess to play “devil’s advocate”, at least Warfronts were “content”. Bad content, but it was still “content”. If I had gotten that gear just standing at a flight path spamming starfall in a group I’d say that was dumber. Then again that may be my personal bias since I look down on zerg pvp.
The 1 370 was, yea. And then alliance got it as well. I thought that was stupid too

No it wasn’t.
Raid level gear was 370 (comparison to now).
They could farm 340.
RF 340 Normal 355 Heroic 370 Mythic 385
340 isn’t heroic raid gear.
You are correct. The 370 was…then you add the farmable 340s to it to make a pretty sweet deal the Horde got.

if they think it is bad now why didnt they speak up when it was in the reverse? Because there probably a hint of bias in there but that is to be expected when anyones preferred faction is brought up.

[/quote] At least someone gets it. People are grasping straws to justify being mad. Yeah maybe on a WM quest 400 ilvl is a bit too much but it isnt like WFs arent handing out the same quality gear. To think the WM one is busted and WF is not is kinda asinine.

This is the only week it awards 400. Last week it was 370. Next week it will be 385. ONE week in which we got ONE piece of 400 gear. Calm down.

TBF it would have stayed 400ilvl but people complained. I do see that 400ilvl from WM is a bit out there but saying it is bad because it is heroic raid equive is silly because WF bonus gear is the same quality.
That’s a recent change. It was going to be 400 every week until they came to their senses.
Free 400 in a month…no big deal. Free 400 on day one of the season…bigger deal.
Tbf warfronts was released with the raid as well. But it would be like getting warfront and a WM heroic raid piece together
