Grats alliance players!

Hey you’re the one that said Horde is “acting like the sky is falling.”

Because they are. Look at general forums, but that doesnt even remotely relate to what I asked. Everything I type you have been retyping things I have already agreed with and tried to spin it by adding in a little bit of the same type of information to try and make an argument from it.

Were. The q&a just happened yesterday, and not everyone heard they changed the loot to 385. If it had started at 385, doubt most would blink an eye about it. Note I said most, you will always have those who complain as I know some still post about the 30%

Exactly so again you are reinforcing my points but trying to make an argument from it. I let people know in THIS thread that it is being changed because it wasnt mentioned yet and the person i was talking to didnt see the QnA. So my statement yet again still stands.

“horde is acting like the sky is falling” fits my narrative very well given people still dont know that it isnt being changed and are angry about it.

No. You talked about what alliance went through during warmode and compared horde getting 10% bonus. Which I might add might seem great but you can just as easily get just as much doing BGs or pve content.

Because it was relevant to the discussion at that point given the post i was replying to. 10% was nothing to horde that would have already been in warmode because their faction in US is the over represented faction in pvp and pve because of a trend that was set by racial buff and nerf cycles that stuck so ally were outnumbered hardcore so they got a buff to get the ultra casuals in WM and now horde are mad the same things that happened to ally at the start are happening to horde.

That run on sentence is basically the last few posts summed up that you yourself reinforced with your “arguments”. So yes what I said was relevant at that point in the discussion.

Anything else? I still got 10 mins

Horde weren’t given heroic level gear for turning WM on. We can act like just being on the populated side meant you got easy gear though you’d still have to participate in raids or rated pvp for it. The two are not comparable at all. I’m off to work I’ll check this later.

And it is changed so why are your still trying to point that out exactly?

That’s always a mistake. People cry bloody murder over everything.

It’s only because most of these arguments are “yeah it’s crap but you have this or you have that”. That is why in most cases I try and be objective about things. Namely that the 400 gear is absurd and way overcompensating. It appears Ion agrees, so I’m good.

Now to get my friends to stop quitting for Anthem.

It’s just like what I said about raiding, people go where the raiders are. PVPers go where the PVP is. It’s just how it is unfortunately. That doesn’t mean everyone who flips over is going to do well in PVP or PVE, mind you, but that’s generally what happens.

I would like to see both factions given this weekly. It does get players to turn War Mode on. But then it might need to be seriously considered to beef up security around flight paths to strongly discourge players from massing around flight paths and slaughtering players of the opposing faction as they land.

I realize players don’t count as credit toward the quest until something like 10-30 seconds after they’ve landed, but all that happens is they get cut down the second they land and then get killed a second time when they rez, this time for credit for the quest.

World PVP is a lot of fun when it happens organically, but that doesn’t seem to be happening very often. I’m not sure what other measures can be taken, but I think the game would benefit from additional efforts to dissuade factions from using this “lambs to the slaughter” approach around flight paths.

And it all falls back into what I was talking about with trends. Regardless alliance are outnumbered in the US across all forms of the game. Blizzard is trying different things to get the smaller faction of alliance to want to fight against the odds in war mode which was a key selling point of BFA.

They aren’t outnumbered in WM on the RP shards, never have been.

Let them have something? Like they can’t play the rest of the game? Are you insinuating that Alliance are mentally challenged? I mean, blizzard is, but still.

It seems like Blizzard thinks so.

That is also part of the sharding problems and the special rules RP servers said they wanted for themselves but that is a different animal entirely.

And the 370 horde got on low ilvl alts in warfronts was HEROIC raid level gear at the time, and alliance had to have a 320 ilvl to get. Where was the outrage from the people who are outraged now?

It’s not game breaking. It might be bad design but it’s not the first time and I doubt it’s the last.

Alliance were not turning on warmode in any significant numbers so Blizzard offered an incentive to get them to and it worked. Anyone got a better solution? You can’t shame alliance into turning warmode on any more than you can shame the players who swap to fotm and become part of the imbalance problem.

I don’t know, it will take most horde PVPers 10 weeks to sniff 400 ilvls. Unlike the WF (yea we got it first, and now you get the Darkshore 400 first), this is not unilateral. We will never get 2 weeks of 400, and then 385s until the rest of time. Allies will be geared to the teeth. Yea, some of us will raid, some of us will achieve high enough rating for that gear but the majority will be forever behind.

This is not a shaming alliance issue. It a “this is super bad for the game” issue.

I guess I’m failing to see why this is a big deal but the warfront fiasco wasn’t. Horde could take a fresh 120 280 ilvl in and farm 340s with a 370 bonus while alliance had to be ilvl 320 just to do the warfront so horde geared low ilvl alts that alliance couldn’t which carried over to other aspects as well. Were horde “geared to the teeth” while alliance were not?

Because with like 2 hours of work doing WQ you are in the WF earning the same loot.

Because no matter what horde do we will never get any of the loot.

The problem is it is lopsided completely.

And let’s be honest, i was 345 or higher when that WF came out, a month after the expansion. Allies get 400 the first day of the patch.

I got a 405 weapon. I’m not even sure when ill be able to mimic that on my horde. The character i spend 90% of my time on. That’s BAD.
