I am logged into the website when the issue happened. Its still an issue now and I’m still logged in. Button still missing. I thought blues and gms are the same cause the color blue. Gms wear blue ingame and blues have their name in blue. Thats another topic. Back to the missing button issue
Maybe I should drop the missing submit ticket button issue before if it starts a flame war on the CS forum. In the other hand i should explain more about the missing button and have a gm look at this issue. Since the button is missing
The forums are not a ticket system or contact point for a Game Master
The really isn’t a whole lot that can be done. The SFAs here cannot fix the "bug’. You posted in the website bug reports is the only thing you can do. Let the WebDev team handle it.
These forums arent staffed 24/7 and the blues are support forum agents not GM common mistake they dont have as much power as GMs do.
How am I supposed to submit a ticket when the submit ticket button is missing?
You would need to upload it to an image hosting site (such as imgur.com) and then include the link that you get from the site in your post.
If you are unable to directly post links (as I did above) due to a lower Trust Level, then you will need to encase your link in the code brackets ( </> ) that are right above where you type.
How about posting it to the Web Site Bug Report forums in your post there?
Theres a report forum? I did post it in the bug forum, not sure which bug forum I’ve posted it in. I did post it here too cause like I said before I posted it in both places cause I wasnt sure where my issue was supposed to go.

and? There is no magic button to fix issues. Since you already claimed you tried clearing your browser cache and different browsers, there is nothing else we can do here. You’ll have to wait for the webdev team to look at it.
I need a blue poster. The button issue will possibly remained unsolved. Talking about the missing submit ticket button not some other website button. When I notice something i snot right I will make two forums about it just in case.
They are not gonna be able to fix it.

It’s Saturday night in California, and the forums are NOT staffed 24/7. If you do get a response, it will be probable Monday, and likely the’ll say the same thing.
Gms are super good at solving issues and good at helping to fix them. Thats another story too. I dont want to get too offtopic of my original post.
There are no GMs on these forums. Just SFAs, and yes, there is a difference.

You’re not a gm or a blue. I just wanted to let customer support know there is a missing submit ticket button on the webticket chat or interface problem on the website.
Theres alot of posters here that have been here longer then the blues are information is just as valid as a blue.
