I have found a use for the pants. They are actually pretty decent pants for mail users. Not as good as say nightbourne or VE heritage pants…but when most of mail pants options suck (imo) I have to say I am happy these new pants are pretty good. I put these on the newer 50 hunter alt and was content for sure anyway.
Rest of the outfit…yeah. I was gonna troll with a male DH on one server in this. for the price of full mog changeover and how not nice it looks (to my eyes…beauty is subjective) I said nah…
I just don’t care for the shop. I would never harass people though, that’s childish but I don’t respect players that purchase crap from shop as it tells blizzard to continue developing microtransactions items vs other things. My son bought some things from the shop when we all had joined accounts. He never understood until he got older why purchasing items in games is a bad idea.

Microtransactions hardly divert resources for other things in development. They exist because they’re a quick and easy way to make some money without putting too much stress on the dev team.
The sooner we drop the idea that these microtransactions are fundamentally ruining the development of World of Warcraft by sacrificing resources, the better. It’s a skin, not premium DLC you need to shell out $20 for.

He learned it himself, I let my kids grow into adults not force them into my beliefs. Also, microtransactions are bad for all games period. While I agree that they will not ruin any game and this tmog is pretty much free with a 6 month sub.
Regardless of that if you think having cash shops in games is a great thing then you are missing the point of the continuation of getting every penny out of a customer. Sadly so many are like, here take my money. Also if you think it takes away nothing from development is completely false. If you ever ran operations for a corporation or tasked personnel with jobs you would know that whoever got assigned to create this awful looking mod was not doing other, more constructive things imo.

this is actually, overall, a good thing for the health of the game. microtransactions never benefit anyone but the top of the company.
I just find it funny that these people get -A- offended or aggravated at people wearing the mog, and -B- think that its terrible because its in the cash shop.
I got it for free from having a 6 month sub.
It looks goofy and I will likely never use it.

You could kick people for paying their sub during a prepatch with no content and have about as much justification and intelligence.

You know what’s more funny?
Telling people to do “work” ingame. To farm gold, a repetitive action where they do an job IN GAME over and over, over god knows how much time they need, to unlock something on the ingame store.
Blizzard are brilliant, they actually managed to fool people to spend money inside their game, buying a virtual currency to sell to other poor souls that pay to play this game, to see it as their 2nd job.
And do you know the best part? They actually pay for this to do aswell.

Some didn’t buy it.
We got it with the sub block buy from months ago. I wasn’t even expecting to get it tbh. I thought my 6 month block was too old. Apparently it wasn’t.
Edit: I buy 6 months for the sub time not mogs or mounts. IF given, cool. If not…I just want the game time.
What’s even more hilarious is thinking that adding this transmog into the game would be anything but a grind.
It’s not okay to grind for gold, but it’s okay to grind for another currency!
So you don’t want to earn it, you’d rather buy it on the cash shop.
Nevermind that there are a good chunk of cosmetics in game that have a higher fold value than what the cash shop version would cost.
