I don’t know what angers me more, people stating only the BE model will suffice for thallassian races, or holy BE talk.
There is allot of options available besides just reuseing the same skeleton over and over again.
Kul Tiran hair colours would be an easy add on for velves, since they have the same style textures and fit right on. Combine that with the macro I linked earlier and you’re pretty much there.

There is not need to reinvent the wheel if there is already a perfect thing out there.
Except for taking what is unique to one race and applying it to another ignoring the needs of other players.

Getting a second velf model for the alliance would be incredibly stupid for an AR. Another wasted slot. Good thing it will never happen.

Averyx is saying we already got the model, so getting a second copy would be redundant.

Yeah, we got the model, we just need a bit more modification options available.
I’m hoping for ranger markings like the ones from WC2 or what Alleria wears. More hair colours would be nice too.

It is surprising really, a lot of fanbase asking daily and nightly for something that is already in the game with the blizz tryina look like they ain hearin nothing.
Also smol braids like Alleria, feathers would be cool too.
Is not a bad way of doing it given the model is already there. Works the same as other races like other trolls or dwarves. Better than wasting a race slot.
Braids, ranger markings, and feathers would all be awesome for velves and belves.

I think a tentacle toggle will do wonders for those high elf rpers.
And ear sliders.

It’s a compromise, but it isnt perfect. So that’s why some players ask for things like paladin, a racial change of some sort, etc. Years of organizing, asking, and waiting. There wont be new racials, mounts, tabards, or even story.
A tentacle toggle would add a lot of variety to the available hair styles for sure. Would be nice if that includes optional tentacle additions to the styles that don’t have them too.
And yeah, velves should get the ear size options for sure.
