I mean if you play video games with the goals of gatekeeping which hair colors someone has access to, you should probably get a better sense of moral-awareness.
Not that long ago people like me weren’t even allowed to get married because of people with your mindset.
its hardly the only place in silvermoon they are doing it.

Trying to tell me thats not a recreational activitie?
The fact is, blood elves were introduced as a dark and more sinister race who were basically magic vampires, sucking the magic out of other things to survive. Kael’thas found them a new source of magic with fel magic which they all embraced till some started to go too far and became fel-elves. But then Blizzard wanted to retcon the bloodelves to be less sinister in an attempt to make the horde less of the monster faction and more of the honourable good guys as well as attempts to retcon bloodelves as having never really been part of the alliance.
And thus through retcons the bloodelf history has become a convoluted mess with differing sorces of lore contradicting themselves. So you can argue about it all day and never find a result. But no matter how you look at it, the green eyes came from fel magic, which Alleria detested, avoided and never used.
Did you know that the crystals in Sunstrider Isle, the ones the mana wryms are supposed to guard and went out of control, are supposed to be regular mana crystals that have been there from before the Scourge attacked?
“But they appear as Fel Crystals!” You say?
Yes, because apparently Blizzard can’t keep up with their own established lore.
This is correct. But they didn’t drain demons in Silvermoon did they?
Who almost all were eradicated.
Yes their story continued forward and you’re stuck in the past. Please continue.
The green eyes came from Fel radiation from their fel crystals used to power the city and any thalassian elf near to any source of Fel power for long enough would also gain green eyes.
But people wanting to maintain Void Elves and Blood elves as two different people have the right to have fun too.
Why is your fun determined of ruining theirs?
So we agree that established lore does say that the ones that remained in Quel’thalas didn’t siphon fel or… you’re still going to fight it based on things that are clearly tossed around to add shinies?
Mainly with how they display it in game.
The inconsistency in the lore itself it’s a whole different can of worms the size of those you see in Beetlejuice.
It certainly looks like that. After all, as I said, you can have the fantasy that you want as it is, why are you so determined on ruining the fun of so many?
