Give us free game time due to server crash

Seriously, what are we paying $15 a month for servers to crash and trying to login = “unable to connect”?
All while our subscription ticks down, it’s unacceptable charging a monthly price for a while you can’t even play it because of these crashes.

Not just you… had the same thing happen here

What if I advertised “I will give everyone who likes my post free candy” and then say in the fine print “I am under no obligation to give you candy whatsoever”

Would it be your fault for “Not reading the fine print”, or would it be lying?

so wich one is it?

Take that welfare crap elsewhere. Servers have issues from time to time. Don’t be that guy looking to seize the opportunity to get a hand out.

They don’t credit anyone for the game time they deliberately steal from players, so I wouldn’t count on them doing anything here either.

Not reading fine print.
Read everything before you sign (virtually, electronically or physically)

Let them know where to send your 0.0104166666666667 (or rounded up 0.01). This is how much it is costing you per hour. So once it come back online, calculate the down time x .01 and submit a CS ticket.

Imagine if a restaurant messed up your order and when you asked for it to be remade, they said: take that welfare crap elsewhere, restaurant have issues from time to time"

I don’t think many people would eat there after that

Imagine imagining something completely unrelated. Every post you make. Literally. You find something to complain about. Go outside. I’m sure you need it. Sunshine is good for you.

When you resort to personal attacks, there’s a high likelihood you aren’t interested in having a discussion. The only one complaining in this thread is you.

you gained about $0.01 worth. it will be deposited in your account. IRS was also notified.

So your post contributed what, exactly? You’re here complaining because the servers went down. Big deal. They provide a service and reserve the right to deny you service. You get banned, servers go down, whatever. It happens. The fact you feel entitled to compensation kind of makes me want to say you owe me $30 for wasting forum space and my time responding to you. Call JG Wentworth if you want cash now. Otherwise, go exist somewhere you matter.

If you are confused, try reading my initial post.

I’m sure you live a selfless live where you don’t “Feel entitled” when your hotel room, restaurant meal, or basically anything paid for in the service industry is not delivered on satisfactorily. I feel bad for you.

I didn’t charge you money and you chose to emotionally respond to me over and over in a public forum. Hope you can see the difference!

I did read your initial post. You’re acting like an entitled child wanting the $0.05 back you lost in the 20 minutes of downtime (servers are up by the way  )

I actually don’t feel entitled about anything. I don’t try to crap on service workers because they’re having a bad day or something just didn’t go as planned. If i expect a perfect experience everywhere I go, I would be disappointed as you clearly are. Why would anybody want to live that way is beyond me.

Yeah, it’s a public forum. I’m providing my opinion. My opinion is you’re an entitled whiner who loses their mind when servers go down. Get over it.

Well, here is some food for thought (and it has been done plenty of times - just watch all the Karen videos on youtube)–

If you are one of those customers who come into a restaurant and always complain about something every time it does not go your way (ie: the food, service, the host, the drinks, the temperature, the parking, etc) and demand money back or some sort of compensation - yea, that restaurant will tell you to leave and not come back.

There is a point where it is good business to get rid of bad customers.
