There was also no obsession with raid logging and minmaxxing in vanilla either, so it wasn’t an issue. If they want to get rid of GDKP they need to also give us dual spec, otherwise it’ll be a nightmare for casuals who want to PvP.

Dual spec is the one thing 99% of players will agree on. The other 1% are people that won’t be happy with anything. Please give us dual spec. It’s already been built out in SoD so I can’t imagine it’d be difficult to enable the NPC.

I think reducing the cost makes far more sense than just throwing in dual spec immediately.
It’s much less invasive, and if simply lowering the cost solves this issue then dual spec is unnecessary.
Also don’t forget, depending on how expensive dual spec is to purchase, people might not save any gold at all and will still have the exact same problem of respeccing being too expensive.

dual spec sets the standard that you have a fully optimized PvP spec and a fully optimized PvE spec. because why wouldn’t you?? it kills hybrid ideas and customization of talents in general. it is

SOM lowered respec costs to 1g and added dual spec. The new servers should implement one or both changes. 50g respec is too much gold.

Dual spec doesn’t affect anyone’s game in a negative way.
It makes no logical sense not to have it.
