But we aren’t talking about what the orcs understand.
The story teller is conveying a scene. The scene includes superstitious orcs, who hear spooky things in the woods, and see spooky lights. They complain about it to Grom who is like “stop blabberin’” or whatever, and we – the players – see that it’s actually the elves playing games.
Game building is iterative.
The nelves have never since laughed when folks cut down their woods. They just start blastin’.
It’s pretty clearly an artifact from an earlier build that the devs thought was funny, and showed the nelves being kind of cool, and kept it in.
To Christie’s credit, I don’t think she’s a racist. A well meaning dumby, maybe. But not a racist.
That’s fair but with the lawsuit you will forgive me if I don’t have a positive view on Anduin these days everything about way he was written ingame just irks this complex and I usually don’t feel this way about story characters
You’re saying this with a straight face, when their first line is “they have no respect for life”, showing that they very much do value their forest. Also, it indicates that they’ve observed the orcs for quite some time. This conversation is getting ridiculous.
The night elves observe first and then start blasting if people are cutting down their trees. But finally at least you have come come to realize the night elves caring about trees is not a retcon, that’s actually core to their identity in WC3. However the talking were done is likely not relevant to anything because it had no subtitles, you just got hung up on one person laughing.
They don’t really play games either, so that makes it even more out of place.
Friend.
What.
The camera bounces between four locations, suggesting there are four different night elves.
Furthermore there’s one on the other side of the camp, and we get to see over her shoulder.
And we also see them rush forward after the 2:00 minute mark.
There is not one single spy.
guys its been like 400 replies. If Dread wants to imagine the Night Elves are evil imperialistic slavers of multiple races based on some peons getting scared from noises in the forest.
Well by god let this man be. He is too precious for this world.
I don’t put people on ignore. The only person I ever did that to was Alynsa.
It seemed the way I said things genuinely made her upset and after hours and hours of trying to explain my position and making her more even upset (and myself obviously) so I just put her on ignore and that way neither of us make each other upset. At least thats the idea…
Idk sometimes some people just can’t get a long so why create more problems and drama right?
I have stopped playing WoW since 9.1
I just follow the story from wowhead or posts here, running around in classic and old zones is more fun when I need to relax.
Otherwise Age of Empire 4 released ranked play and map editor. I am just having fun with that while watching you all try to milk stone here.
Youre still taking him for this weekend right? I got someplace to be out of town but I will pick him up 6pm Sunday, you know just so he can be in bed by bedtime.
