Agreed. And anyone can pop the models in Blender or Z Brush and make them 1000 times better. The issue is getting those things back into the WOW game engine. That is the part we don’t have access to, as far as I know.

I know the wow team is working super hard to make things. But I was a little disappointed with the character customizations. Like for instance why does the mechagnomes have such lame options for hair colors? And why don’t they have more options for hair styles? They are like gnomes so just give mechagnomes the same hair styles and hair colors that gnomes have.
And then for the lightforged draenai, why haven’t the red skin made it over for that race? Maybe it is me being ungrateful…not sure. But when I hear announcements of character customizations, I get happy. Then disappointed to see that it is only 1 skin for draenai and 5 colors for trolls. Again I am sorry if this sounds negative. I promise I am not trying to be. Just stating what has been on my mind now for several months.
EDIT…Again the World of Warcraft team(s) are doing a great job. Dragonflight has been a blast to play and to level alts. Keep up the Good Work. Hope to see the same enthusiasm on the new expansions when they come out in the future.

I’m a little sad none of the new colors for trolls are the bicolored look that a few of their new hairdos got.
And I’m devastated that we are, yet again, not getting troll beards.

Can we get Kul’Tiran and Vulpera some more stuff before races that alreadt have 3x them get eveb more?
Kul’Tiran ahve 7 hair colors, 6 beards, 6 hair styles… like comon now.
I don’t want to under appreciate someones job.
But could an Artist not knock out like 2-3 Demon color schemes (not skeletons) a day?
It just seems super lazy when we get a patch and it’s like whoa an Artist got around to giving us three slightly different purples, grey and red.

The red skin is already available for draenei since last patch as long as you do the quest line to unlock them, where have you been?

Honestly, and this is the bad part. The warlock pet customization is the most impressive stuff here. We keep labeling a couple of hair colors or a singular skin tone as “character customization” or it should be some kind of highlight to a patch and it just doesn’t feel like enough to even qualify.
Er…to be fair, this black skin tone has been one of the most widely requested things for Draenei for a WHILE now.
That being said, 1 new skin tone is hardly worth an entire article and we def need more character customization options for everyone. Like, a LOT more.

Ahhhh okay. I had heard they were coming out, but did not see the option to create a character with them, so I had assumed they were not out yet.
The thing that made it infamous, iirc, is that having particle effects turned to anything below “High” made the goop practically invisible, at least until they patched it 2 or 3 times.
